Description

Looby Lodge is located in a Bespoke area of the park over looking Bull Rush Lake in a Southerly direction.Ideally located as it is within a 5 minute walking distance to both Tattershall Park Restaurant and the parks main entertainments center.

The Lodge comfortably sleeps 6 people which comprises of the following:

1 Master suite with dressing room and en-suite shower room, 2 further twin bedrooms and a full family bathroom with bath and shower over.

You can enjoy full use of our brand new Hot tub which is sunken into the spacious outdoor decking area.

All bedding and towels to use within the cabin are provided. Guests are required to supply own towels for Hot tub use and swimming pool.

Getting around

At Tattershall Lakes you don't even need to leave the Park if you prefer! If you want to venture into the village its a 10 minute walk max. Ideal area for family bike rides on and off the Park. The majority of the local pubs welcome children and serve food.

Interaction with guest

We purchased our Lodge in May 2019. After refurbishment of the Lodge by way of decorating, adding a Hot Tub and full Decking area we are ready to offer the accommodation for holiday rentals. The Lodge is home from home for us as we use it on a regular basis with our Grandchildren and not just as a business. The kitchen is fully stocked with all electrical items required, a good selection of pots & pans & BBQ items and if you wish to cook a special meal, all serving dishes and cutlery can be found. All items in our Lodge have been purchased new, this includes Sofas, TVs, bedding, crockery, cutlery, Towels & all electrical equipment The Lake we are located on is not a fishing lake however, all fishing lakes are less than a 5 minute walk.

House rules

Only the people named on the booking form are to occupy the Lodge. The Lodge must be left clean and tidy, there will be an additional surcharge of £25 for any additional cleaning if the Lodge is left in an unsatisfactory condition or where smoke can be smelt within the Lodge. If any guest is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well-being of others, we or the management may take possession immediately without compensation to the party.

“SUPERB!!!!”

This lodge is superb. From the minute you walk through the door to the greeting of a lovely basket packed with goodies and a personally write welcome card, to the beautiful bedrooms with lovely cushions and quality bedlinen complete with a pile of lovely soft cozy towels. The lodge has 3 bedrooms and situated on a small lake which is much quieter than some of the other lakes at Tattershall. You can relax on the decking either on the lovely patio furniture snoozing or in the spotlessly clean hot tub, while listening to the lovely sound of water from the lake's fountain. The kitchen, as is the whole of the lodge, exceptionally well equipped. We rustled up a wonderful bbq buffet using the lovely selection of serving dishes and platters. This lodge is spotless throughout and smells wonderful with the scattering of Reed diffusers placed around. The owners Louise and Karl answer messages very promptly and the check in and directions were very easy to understand. If you haven't been, you must go and find for yourselves what a little gem this place is.

How do damage deposits work?
