Bonito y amplio piso, que se distribuye de la siguiente manera: Salón comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, tres dormitorios, dos con 2 camas cada uno y otro con cama de matrimonio, cuarto de baño con ducha. El piso es cómodo para 6 personas. Tiene calefacción y aire acondicionado en salón. INTERNET GRATIS. El apartamento se encuentra en la barriada Cardenal Cisneros situado en el borde de la playa de los Lances y a cinco minutos andando del casco histórico. El apartamento esta impecable, con todas las comodidades necesarias y con facilidades de aparcamiento en los alrededores. La fachada y el portal de acceso son manifiestamente mejorables, (estamos tratando de arreglarlo),pero es algo que no depende de nosotros. También esta a escasos metros del puerto y de la Isla de las Palomas, lugar desde donde se puede ver la costa de África y la confluencia del mar Mediterráneo y el océano Atlántico. Por su ubicación no se necesita el coche, ni ningún otro medio de transporte, para moverse por la ciudad, ya que la situación del piso es ideal para ir andando a playas, restaurantes, bares, tiendas, etc. Puedes practicar deportes acuáticos como windsurf o kitesurf en las playas situadas a 7/8 Km como Punta Paloma o Valdevaqueros. También hay varias empresas cercanas al puerto para practicar buceo. Desde el puerto de Tarifa, situado a 5 minutos andando, se pueden hacer excursiones a Tanger en tan solo 30 minutos. Hay visitas guiadas a Marruecos que salen todos los días.Existen rutas de senderismo que van a lo largo de la costa, cruzando el Parque Natural del Estrecho, con las mejores vistas del Estrecho de Gibraltar y Marruecos de toda la zona. También hay a diario un barcos para realizar excursiones para el Avistamiento de ballenas, delfines y otros cetáceos.Y por supuesto disfrutar de la famosa vida nocturna de Tarifa.     Excelente piso para un grupo de 6-8 personas. Un hubicacion muy buena por estar cerca de la playa y del centro de tarifa. Yo fui con un grupo de 7 personas y estuvimos genial.

    Lovely, clean apartment

    We stayed here in April 2014 and found the apartment lovely. It was nicely decorated and clean and was very close to local amenities and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

    How do damage deposits work?
