Modern FRONT BEACH apartment in Tarifa with wi-fi Exact Google Maps position: 36.018561, -5.6132805 It´s ground floor makes it an easy and direct Access to the beach, being the sand just 10 meters off the compound; the apartment has an easy access with no stairs (suitable for disables) which is well suited for both families with kids and surfers who bring their own gear; it´s position protects the terrace from the “Levante” (east) winds which lash the upper apartments.The apartment is conveniently located close to one of the building corners, and is not an access area, which gives makes it a more calm place.The “Tortuga II” compound has direct access to the pedestrian promenade which will make a pleasant walk to the lively and charming old town (city centre), being also close to shops and being a supermarket (Supersol) just 500m from the apartment (in Tarifa you also have Lidl, Mercadona, etc). The apartment consists of two dormitories, full bathroom, livind and dining roo, with two sofas and dining table, and a modern open plan and fully-fitted kitchen The apartment is well equipped with all necessary conveniences and to an standard higher than other adjacent apartments in the building: high speed internet wi-fi (8 Mb) for the exclusive use of the client, satellite dish, LCD LED TV, air conditioning, audio system with audio in for your MP3 or device, fully-fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, etc) other extras as micro-wave and oven, teakettle, iron, etc. (see list of facilities in correspondent section) We can offer both a cot and a high chair for families (15 euros, per item, per stay)The exterior of the apartment has a private terrace equipped with two hamocks and an outdoor table to eat; it has direct access to the communal garden where you can sun bath or have the kids play freely; the compound pool is just 15 meters from the apartment being always supervised by a qualified lifeguard. Car parking in Tarifa is free in the street, and in summer the town sets up a fenced site for free parking being situated just meters off the compound (for those who know Tarifa, it´s where the “Feria” (Town fair) used to be held in September, and you can check at Google Maps with coordenates 36.018228, -5.611322). At client´s request we can ask for an indoor car park in the building (15 eur/day) but due to neighborhood policy we can´t guarantee availability till arrival. We hope that the apartment pleases you and we will love to welcome and serve you during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?
