Set in a quiet courtyard, this 4-Star cottage is the ideal location for a holiday in the heart of the Loch Lomond National Park. Only minutes from the side of Loch Lomond and with stunning views of Ben Reoch and Ben Lomond, the location is perfect to for those wishing to relax as well as those wanting to explore the area.

The cottage comprises of a large open plan lounge with comfortable seating for 6 people. There is an open plan kitchen/dining area which also provides access via french doors to a large and sunny decking area with comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay including a microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The dining table provides seating for 6 people. A gas BBQ and a large wooden picnic table and benches allow guests to enjoy the outdoor space. A high chair is also included for younger guests.

A flat screen TV, DVD and ipod docking station are provided as well as books, games and children's toys. The cottage also has unlimited wifi access for all guests. All linen, towels and utilities are included.

There is a double bedroom downstairs with an en suite shower room & toilet. There are a further 2 twin rooms upstairs, one with TV. A travel cot is also available for younger guests. A further downstairs bathroom has a bath & shower. The cottage is suitable for wheelchair users.

There is ample parking directly outside the property and a ramp access provides easy access.

The Loch Lomond area has lots of things to do suitable for all ages, including:

- Loch Cruises with stops up and down the Loch where you can enjoy the beautiful lochside walks

- 2 forrest walks directly behind the cottage, one to Arrochar and another with stunning views of Loch Lomond

- kayaking, speed boats and paddle boards are available from Luss (Loch Lomond Leisure)

- Horse riding and other activities including Paintball at Argyle Adventure

- the Gruffalo Trail and Champion Trees at Ardkinglas

- Loch walks at Firkin Point

- Climbing - The Cobbler

- Inveraray Castle & Jail

- Audindrain Township Museum

- Bike Hire from Tarbet Pier

- Rennie MacIntosh House in Helensburgh, as well as swimming, shops and soft plays

- Sealife Centre, Loch Lomond Shore, along with shops and cafes

Why can't I call Lynda (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynda (the owner) a message.

If Lynda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
