Description

Great value, good location (Tanjung Tokong) and comfortable environment are the key elements of this luxurious yet modern 3 Storey fully furnished house. It is clean and spacious with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, ideal group stay of up to 16 persons. We can also provide extra bedding set (mattress set) at additional charge of RM30/set per night and can sleep maximum 30 guests. The modern interior and spacious living and dining hall together with a fully equipped kitchen will provide you a convenient and warm staying experience. It is located within the heart of Penang Island, 8 km from the city centre and not far from the island’s tourist attractions. Well-located within the reach of convenience store, market, shopping mall, banking centre, F&B outlets such as Starbucks Coffee, KFC, McDonalds, Chinese restaurant and Japanese restaurant.

Hotels can be very expensive if you are travelling in a group. Make your vacation worthwhile without burning a hole in your pocket by staying with us at Penang Holiday Homestay. The House Rules

• Penang Holiday Homestay doesn’t provide receptionist assistant. Guest kindly contact Penang Holiday Homestay in advance to confirm the arrival time.

• Basic guided tour will be provided to the guests upon check-in.

• Check-in policy : After 2.00pm

• Check-out policy : Before 12.00pm

• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability.

• In the event of reservation cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival OR no-show, the payment is non-refundable.

• A security deposit of cash RM300.00 will be collected upon check-in. It is fully refundable during check-out if there are no damages, lost , massive dirt or the house rules is not violated.

• We appreciate our guest will behave on sensitive issue and observe the house rules to avoid complaint from neighbourhood. This will make a better place to stay for you and other guest as well.

• Guests are allowed to held party during their stay. But party should not exceed 12.00 am as we need to respect and love our neighbour.

• Penang holiday homestay premises are for residential accommodation and shall not be used for any purposes. Immoral or commercial activity is strictly forbidden.

• No smoking, pets, durians, explosive materials are allowed inside the house.

• Smoking is allowed at smoking area only.

• Loss of keys or access card is subject to a penalty of RM100.

• We are not liable for any loss or damage caused to a guest’s vehicle. Vehicle parked at your own risk.

• We are not responsible for any accident, injury or misadventure. Guests are responsible for making their own insurance arrangements in respect of any injuries suffered by them, or caused by them to any third party.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
