Upmarket Self-catered 80sqm one bedroom studio apartment consisting of a large bedroom with en-suite luxurious bathroom, a second bathroom for guests, a spacious separate living room with comfortable terrace and fully fitted open kitchen.

The studio is well equipped with a 40 inch LED TV, 50+ Cable TV channels, DVD player, I-Pod dock, in-house movies and WiFi are provided for free.

Books, magazines and board-games make our guests feel at home.

Cleaning service two times per week, towels and linens are provided.

View on the pool and tranquil green garden, creates a peaceful tropical atmosphere.

Guests of the studio have free access to a fully equipped Gym, a tennis court.

The beautiful garden boasts a large swimming pool surrounded by comfortable loungers.

A free shuttle van to Batu Feringgi is available for residents.

And a new water taxi to E&O hotel GeorgeTown is now available too!

The Studio is suitable for single occupancy or for a couple (with or without small children)

An extra bed is available for children.

We only accept bookings for maximum occupancy by 2 adults (+ max 2 children below 12 years old).

The Straits Quay is the latest Marina development by the famous E&O; group, the owner of Penang's top-rated hotels (East & Oriental and The Lone Pines Hotels). The apartment complex is called "The Suites at Straits Quay", an exclusive marina-front residential development with tens of waterfront restaurants, cafes and bars. Boutiques, hair salons, nail shops and massage are all within walking distance of the Studio.

Getting around

Our apartment is conveniently located between Georgetown and Batu Ferringgih. Rapid bus No.2 stops in front of the compound, it takes you to Batu Ferringgih, Georgetown and even to the airport. Taxis and Grab cars are easily available. If you need a bike, there is a bike rental station downstairs.

We will be meeting you upon your arrival and show you the apartment. There is enough information i.e. tourist books, maps, flyers available in the apartment for our guests. Meanwhile, we can assist you on informations during your stay to make your holiday memorable.

We have the right to terminate the booking if the above terms and conditions are not followed.

How do damage deposits work?
