Description

This recent house is made of wood, following the local rules but with a modern design. Its surface is 140 sqm with 2 bedrooms. The view from the infinity pool is breathtaking... We have our private beach with blond sand and a little mangrove.

A breathtaking and quiet place in front of the sea with a privative beach ! You will have a dedicated staff taking care of you...

Our villa is overlooking Bunaken National Park which was formally established in 1991 and is among the first of Indonesia's marine parks. In 2005 Indonesia submitted an application to UNESCO for including the park on the World Heritage List to celebrate its huge sea life :-)

Access is granted to the full house ! 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 open kitchen fully equipped, 1 living room, 1 dining room. All with direct access to the pool deck. The pool is 7 x 3,5 meters. Satellite TV 93 channels, hundreds of DVD, internet via wifi.

Our local staff will be dedicated to you. The house will be cleaned every day. Our staff will cook for you local tasty dishes as breakfast and dinner are included in the prices. If you wish to have lunch, please add 8 € per person (4 € for kids under 12).

The place is a mix of sea and mountainous area. If you like diving, trekking, it's definitly the place you have to be... There are many active volcanos in the area, caldera lake, hot water springs, solfataras, local markets.

Access with our car and driver. Shuttle free from and to the airport for a minimum stay of 3 days (if less, transport is available for 250000 rupiah one way). You can rent a car with driver or scooters.

If you have young kids, we can secure the access to the pooldeck.

In case of power cut, we have a generator to supply electricity from sunset until the time you go to bed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
