La Pineda is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, link detached villa in a quiet residential area only 900m from the crescent-shaped beach of Tamariu. We aim to provide an ideal holiday home for families/ groups of 4 - 6.

This villa offers: private pool (heated on request, for an additional charge), built-in barbecue, choice of dining terraces, table tennis, free super-fast Wi-Fi and more... COVID-19: enhanced cleaning and disinfection measures, socially-distanced check-in. Use the extensive outdoor space for activities, barbecues, dining and relaxing.

A holiday in La Pineda gives you several options: relax and enjoy the amenities of the villa, stroll down the hill to the centre of Tamariu with its stunning setting and sea front restaurants or explore the wider area with numerous activities within a 20 minute drive. What a choice!

INCLUDED IN RENTAL PRICE: Wi-Fi, all bedlinen and towels (fresh linen and quick clean provided for holidays of two weeks), also pool towels and bath mats, cleaning before and after occupancy, a welcome pack for your arrival and the services of a local agent to attend to any issues during your stay. Please bring your own beach towels but these can be hired from my agent, if required. Cots and high chairs are available to hire for a small charge.The local agent (English-speaking) will meet you at the property. The arrival time at the villa is notionally 4 p.m. but, once in Spain, clients can telephone the agent to confirm an earlier or later, time by mutual arrangement. Departure time is 10 a.m.

Rental rates include local tourist taxes.

Rentals will generally run from Friday - Friday. There is some flexibility for arrival on different days outside high and peak season. Short stays of 4 or 5 nights available during 'low' and 'mid' season.

Inside the villa, there is a light, bright open plan living/dining area with an archway to the kitchen. Both the living area and kitchen have direct access to the outside dining terraces and barbecue - making 'eating in' easy and relaxed.The living room is equipped with the latest technology: internet access and Wi-Fi and a new 40 inch HD television. In addition, the amenities include a DVD hard disc recorder, an ipod dock/CD player, together with a selection of dvds,children's board games and books.The living room also has a wood-burning stove - useful for cosy evenings in the spring/autumn and the logs are supplied.The kitchen, ideally positioned for chatting to friends and family during food preparation, is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. A washing machine is housed in an enclosure adjacent to the kitchen.The bedrooms are divided between two floors: the first floor has a double bedroom (150cm double bed), and single bedroom, both with access to a large sun terrace and a full bathroom. NOTE: For the convenience of our clients and to provide more flexibility, this single room can be converted to a compact twin or double room. The ground floor has a double bedroom (150 cm double bed), single bedroom and a shower room. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.The separation of bedrooms/bathrooms ensures additional privacy for extended families or groups.

Outside, at the rear of the property, there are attractive south-facing gardens with a private pool (7m x 4m).For the benefit of our clients, we CAN PROVIDE HEATING of the pool during April, May, June and September: £20 per day for 4/5 days or £100 for a weekly rental. There are two dining terraces, one of which has a built-in and covered barbecue. The generous proportions of the gardens allow plenty of space for sun loungers and an area for table tennis and other games. The gardens are fully enclosed and gated and have the advantage of being largely on one level - useful for children. As is typical of properties in this area, there are steps up to the villa from road level. From its elevated position, there are views of the pine-wooded hillside from the front terrace and gardens - more space to enjoy with some welcome shade under the pine trees - hence 'La Pineda'.Parking available along the quiet road.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne (the owner) a message.

If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
