Includes a/c in all rooms, cable TV, kitchen, shared swimming pool, and just steps from Tamarindo beach. Sleeps 6 maximum. Safe and sound- The sunrise complex where this unit is located has 24 hour security and a secure parking lot. One care is allowed to park inside per unit. Pool and beach- This unit has access to an oversized pool with a large rock fountain, perfect to lounge by with a book or to play water games with kids and friends. Bed time. Welcome to the master bedroom. It features a king sized bed, full closet, tv, large windows with partial ocean view, sliding glass door out to balcony, and a master bathroom. The master bathroom contains a tile shower. There are two other rooms in this condo. Room number one of the two features a queen sized bed, full sized closet and armoire and a door to the mini balcony shared inbetween this room and the third bedroom. This next bedroom contain two twin beds perfect for the kiddos to use, a full sized closet and cable tv. These two rooms share a bathroom with a tile shower. Need another bed? The living room couch doubles as a pull out bed perfect for two people. After a long day at the beach you are going to be tired, so plop down on your comfortable couch and watch some tv to relax. Or sit in the typical Costa Rican rocking chair thats also in your living room. The complex is called sunrise, but the sun rises early here so you could watch the sunset instead, from your beautiful balcony. You have a partial ocean view and you can take in the breath-taking sunsets Tamarindo has to offer while siting of the outdoor couch or at the six person table. You could even enjoy the sunsets while cooking dinner with the table top grill that is outside on your balcony. Hungry? How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
