Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations. It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way. The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus. Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles. There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The guests will have access to the entire property. Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts. Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us. Is vacation calling? This luxurious unit is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath ground floor condo in the Horizontes del Mar complex located in beachfront in Langosta a small community about a mile from downtown Tamarindo. This condo features a large living area, a shared infinity pool, ocean view, full custom kitchen, central ac, wifi, cable tv, and is right on the beautiful beach that is Langosta. Sleeps 6 people maximum. Pool or beach? Both are right there in your own backyard. The pool is just steps outside your porch and the beach isn't much further than that. Settle in for a good night sleep in the master bedroom which features a king sized bed, wooden chair, sliding glass doors to main patios, glass doors opening up onto the garden and a walk-in closet to the master bathroom which contains a large tile shower, double vanity, toilet, and bidet. Do you need a room for the kids? This is perfect for them. A room featuring two twin sized beds, small cable tv, full sized closet, glass doors opening up to the mini patio in the corridor, and a bathroom with a vanity and tile shower. Plop down in the living room for Saturday morning cartoons or a movie night. You have a large comfortable couch (which is also a queen sleeper sofa!) and two chairs, plenty of space to be comfortable and watch tv on the flat screen tv. Out the back of this great living room, there is an outdoor patio with a garden and partial ocean view with a four-person dining table and lounge chairs. Hungry? Of course you are and youll be happy to hear that your unit includes a full custom kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, counter top stove, coffee maker, oven, blender, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, granite counter tops, and a two-person breakfast bar. All you need to create a delicious meal and then head to the six people indoor dining table to enjoy. Also off the kitchen, there is a small powder room and a washer/dryer unit for you to use. Outside your unit the beauty doesnt stop, this complex has beautiful lush tropical gardens, elegant infinity pool with tables and lounge chairs around it. But you cant miss the breathtaking beach right in front of you, take full advantage of Langosta beach, explore its tide pools, build sand castles and play in its refreshing water. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
