A Lovely beach house right by the sea and the river (only 30 steps away), big garden over looking both the sea and the river.

3 large bedrooms, two rooms upstairs with a newly renovated bathroom upstairs overlooking the river from the shower.

A master bedroom with attached bathroom at ground level overlooking the beach, with air conditioning included.

We also provide a safe to keep your valuables.

Maid to do the cleaning 2 hours a day except Sundays and Public holidays.

Satellite Tv

Fully equipped kitchen with, Oven, dishwasher, Washing machine, microwave etc.

Water dispenser/ fountain. hot/ cold

Barbecue - Weber

Proximity of the beach and river, very scenic location.

Free unlimited wifi.

A mac computer is also made available to you linked to a LED TV

Music system on outdoor speakers on all terraces.

Nespresso machine with 20 capsules, additional box's sold at 8 Euro's for box of 10.

We are also eco friendly as we produce our own water through desalination(reverse osmosis), therefore water is sacred to us so please do not waste it.

Soon we will also be producing our own electricity with solar panels, again please try to turn off any lights or appliances when not around, such as lights or air conditioning.

SPECIAL DEAL. Rental car included during your stay with GPS provided free for you to discover our beautiful island.

Car is for 4/5 people (Toyota Yaris/ Suzuki Swift)

FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER , from airport to beach house and back to the airport( applicable for up to 4 people).

For groups exceeding 4 people a van will be arranged to carry guest and all the luggage at an additional cost of 50 Euros each way.

No parties or weddings allowed unless owner have been informed.

“Amazing location”

The house is located a 30 second walk from an amazing beach, perfect for swimming and for kids. The house has THE most amazing views from the back out onto the breathtaking hills and the river is at the bottom of your back yard (well fenced). The scenery is easily a 5*. The house is very comfortable - the kitchen definitely needs a really good update but it is comfortably equipped (no cupboard to put your food??) - LOVED the nespresso machine! Had some water issues (sporadically going off but quickly fixed) but it didn't bother us too much. AMAZING hospitality! The owner, his wife and daughter would go the extra 10 miles to make your stay comfortable, I can't thank them enough. WISHES: proper air con in the upstairs rooms - VERY hot up there (granted feb is a hot month), new kitchen :)

“Secluded beach house backing the Black River at its mouth, with panoramic views”

The property is ideally situated in Barachois, Tamarin, with the rear garden on the banks of the Black River and a view of the beach (2 minutes walk) at the front. Spacious house, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and one with en-suite downstairs, able to cater for 6 people. There is 24 hour security service in a gated community and a daily maid sevice, except Sundays. We had a refreshing swim almost daily in the Sea after a tiring day sightseeing or trecking. The beach was mainly used by the local residents and almost empty when we were there in September.

“the perfect home away from home”

This residence has a private beach as its front yard and a beautiful river with the most amazing view as its backyard. There is always something to do whether kayaking and fishing in the river or living the beach life at the front. The house is big and roomy with all the comforts needed on a fun, relaxing but adventure filled holiday. The property is also in a secure guarded estate. It was actually hard to leave the house because it is so fun and the surroundings are so beautiful. The owners provided us with fishing rods, kayak, life jackets, and even organizing swimming with the dolphins. Dolphins swim in the beach in front of the house every morning. They also assisted and attended to all our queries and requests such as rental cars, airport pick-up/drop off, wi-fi etc.. and are the most friendliest hosts. Thank you Anil and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our Mauritian holiday and will surely be back again.

The location is like paradise, as advertised. Beautiful views, very friendly and helpful people, quiet surroundings, security around the clock, cleaning of the house every day. Just January was a little bit too hot for us, because there is no airconditioning in the house. We hope to come back soon!

“Good value for money especially for a family with children”

As family with two children we enjoyed our stay. Anil met us at the airport on arrival and did an excellent job assistong us to organise a car for the duration of our stay. He was also there to organise boat ride to view dolphins. We were grateful that his family were so friendly. The house's location is the the tourist' s dream: steps away from the lovely beach with a river on the other side which our children enjoyed with the kayak. Our main recommendation is for the hosts to organise beach chairs and shed for guests who like us preferred to sit on the lovely beach

“Perfect place with superb beach”

We've spent our two weeks summer vacation at this place and we loved it. The house is located just a minute walk away from one of the nicest beaches around, very few other tourists, lots of locals (which we liked). A few restaurants in walking distance and lots of possible trips complete the setting. The owner Anil and his wife and daughter were very nice and perfectly helping with anything we could think of. The maid cleaned the appartment daily so we could just enjoy our stay. We will definitely spend another vacation there - hopefully soon. Thanks Anil!
