- Sits on the banks of a tidal creek

- Fitted kitchen runs along one wall

- Comfortable dining and sitting areas

- One step leads to a double bedded room with views of the river and forest

- Bathroom W.C. with wash basin and bath with hand shower attachment

UPSTAIRS

- Shower room W.C. with hand basin and double width shower

- Large bedroom has a 5ft double bed and views over the creek and forest

- Smaller bedroom has two single beds and a window looking over a pretty fountain

GARDEN

- Large patio with raised fish pond and flower beds

- Garden, with lawn, flower beds and barbecue area, is stock fenced

- Please keep dogs on leads when outside
