Looking for that truly relaxing holiday home? Lounge Holidays is delighted to be offering this spacious, modern bungalow in a quiet position in Talybont Village, near Barmouth. The property backs into Ysgethin river within The Snowdonia National Park offering access to numerous paths and is approx. 0.75 mile to Benar Beach.

With wide sandy beaches, woodland walks and beautiful countryside all on the doorstep, this ticks all the boxes for a quality family holiday home and perfect for guests with mobility issues, being mainly on one level. ‘Karndean’ laminate flooring covers the main rooms and carpet in the bedrooms.

The rear enclosed mature garden with terrace, benefits from the sun most of the day and enjoys stunning sunsets over the Cambrian Coast. A metal bistro set, patio table and chairs and a brick-built BBQ are available for our guests to use and enjoy this peaceful haven, a perfect setting for relaxing and al-fresco dining.

FRONT GARDEN

With pleasant mature borders space. Ample off road parking.

There are similar bungalows on each side and it is quiet & fairly private.

Additional Information

We will consider one small/medium size dog at this property. No puppies.

We have a minimum charge of £399 for any stay.

Friday changeovers in the main season.

We ask for a 25% deposit on booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before. There is a £250 security deposit, which we will return within 14 days provided there are no breakages or damage.

We can accept payments by cheque, Bacs, or card payment . A £39 booking fee applies to each booking.

The Snowdonia National Park is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you are looking for. Whatever you are into: fishing, surfing, kite boarding, sailing, mountain biking, bird watching, painting, landscape photography or horse riding, there are endless scenic places to explore. This region of Wales is without doubt a 'hidden gem' with some of the most spectacular scenery in Britain. This is a walker's paradise with Cader Idris just a few minutes drive away! Snowdon is only 60 minutes by car and the beautiful Coed Y Brenin Wood, with miles of mountain bike & walking tracks is just 30 minutes drive.
