Talmont St Hilaire, port Bourgenay (85 sold) 9 km from Les Sables d'Olonne. It is a house of 60 m2 per floor (on two floors) with 3 bedrooms. The house is located in the district "Le Bocage" part of the places said "Bourgenay" in the town of Talmont Saint Hilaire. This district is itself located in a quiet and green environment. The houses have views of the 18-hole golf course and a heated pool. It is exclusively reserved for residents of "Bocage" and is available from mid-June to mid-September. A swimming pool in the "Pierre et vacances" club is available before mid-June. The forest of the estate adjoins the ocean and the port (500m). It is ideal for walks or jogging.The neighborhood is peaceful and family. The area of 9 ha includes a large lake, two 18-hole golf courses and many activities (tennis, surfing, bike rental etc ..) for a fee and to see on site. The beach of Veillon (1.5km) is accessible on foot, by car (free parking) or by bike (bike rental possible on site). Restaurants, small shops and laundry are located near the lake and the central square. thalasso to the sands of Olonne. Super U and giant Casino in the vicinity (between 5 and 7 km) Castle Thalmont St Hilaire 5 km. “excellent stay, great holiday”

Had a lovely time here, owner and Mrs soulard the lady who looks after the property for the owner were welcoming and very helpful. The property was lovely, great location and had everything you could need for a truly enjoyable stay. The complex pool was immaculate and the nearby facilities very good. All in all a lovely week here for both of us, highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.
