The Koru Cottage is perfect for 2 adult guests, yet can sleep up to 5.
Koru Cottage combines the splendor of country living with convenient access to Tallinn (20 min with car or train to the old town!). Koru Cottage is in the village of Laagri, just a short walk (5 min) away is a food-market, children playground, skate-park and bakeries. Come and discover the wonders of Estonian nature, the charms of the capital and the draw of the sauna!

The Cottage is in a leafy garden shared with the resident family. Next to the holiday home is a fire area with seating and a cosy covered area with a table, benches and barbecue. Adults will enjoy the long, light nights of the Estonian summer, traditional wood burning sauna, outdoor pavilion with grill and fire pit. Koru Cottage is indoor/outdoor living in Estonia. Guests with children will enjoy the family friendly environment.

The cottage consists of 55m2 spread across two levels. The ground floor includes the main living area with fireplace, kitchen corner with large dining table, sauna, shower room, and WC. The futon main living area provide for added sleeping arrangements.

The second level loft provides a private sleeping area (1 bedroom), with one large bed and two twin mattresses. Open to main living area, the loft is accessible via open steps (stepladder is complicated for small kids, they need assistance to come down!).

Dit was de perfecte locatie om Talinn te bezoeken,trein station op loopafstand .Het huisje had alles wat je voor een vakantie nodig kunt hebben. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

Prima vakantiehuis voor 2 personen. Super vriendelijke eigenaar die er alles aan doet om het ons naar de zin te maken. Treinstation om de hoek ( 1,6 km) ,in 20 minuten bij de oude stad in Talinn.

Dear Ieva, Thank you for your comment. Koru Cottage has a rule- if you book and pay for 2, then we give the cottage really for 2. You invited extra guest who stayed overnight and this was the reason for keeping 25.- euro from your deposit. There are more rules in Koru Cottage, like collect you garbage, strip the beds, wash the dishes and put back- you didn't do that. If you need place for party, then ask if it's allowed and pay for all guests. Best regards, Eneken Helgand

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eneken (the owner) a message.

If Eneken (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
