The total living area is more then 3000 m2 on 8000 m2 land and 80 meters private beachfront, one 300 m2 infinity Pool with two islands and a second freeform infinity-edge-250 m2 Pool plus a third pool in the new garden wing..

The Villa-Estates are separated into eight 75 m2 beach bungalow suites; two 90 m2 master suites and another eight 45 m2 luxury accommodations within the main buildings; plus 2 kids bunk bwdrooms- all with seaview and within foot-steps of the two pools - just meters from your cozy private beach area. In 2017 we added another 6 bedrooms in the garden Wing due to the demand of our clients for more affordable accomodation on site!

This is a perfect example of a villa that successfully combines location, style, luxury and convenience - all rolled into a perfect package !

When you are entering the villa for the first time, you'll be immediately impressed by the huge covered terrace and its lounge area, which comprises a 250 year old hand-carved wooden "Dance Sala" literally floating above a water basin. Straight away, you will be able to observe those hypnotic sea-views down the garden where the bungalows are positioned around the extensive pools.

Merging contemporary Balinese design with Modern Asian elements, it is spectacular in every way. Enjoying four bungalows, one eccentric master suite and additional four bedrooms of the highest order, fifteen in-and outdoor bathrooms and a spacious open plan living terrace, this Koh Samui villa rental provides a vast amount of space and privacy for an occupation with up to 20 guests.

Weddings and parties can flawlessly support 100 + guests and their hosts.

Eight 85 m2 bungalows around the pool have indoor and outdoor bathrooms, a kitchenette, all usual 5-star equipment such as flat screen TV, minibar, 4 poster throne-beds, and 7 meter folding doors, opening to the beach... The master suite overlooks the whole scenario, with 2 walk-in dressing rooms, an indoor bathroom with sea view, a private outdoor spa terrace with Jacuzzi and massage sala, well sorted bookshelves and much more....The other rooms do all have sea view, a filled minibar, private terrace areas, desk, sofa, walk-through wardrobes and floor to ceiling sliding doors to the garden.

Our 120 m2 air-conditioned dining area is equipped with a massive 7 meter wooden table seating 22 persons, a European breakfast kitchen, a bar and a chill out area. Directly connected is an outdoor barbecue terrace for those "dining under the stars" arrangements.

Main terrace of over 150 m2 with 12 meter high wooden pyramid-shaped dome ceilings hosts the 14 seater lounge sofa floating over a water basin within an antique hand carved wooden pavilion.

the covered "Terrace" of our Lotus wing is a perfect backup plan for weddings... 100 guests can sit on round tables with large fans under a 6 meter high ceiling, watching the wonderful view over the pool and gardens while feasting together!

Spa/massage area, fitness, cinema room, entertainment room with bar and snooker table, and a large poolside terrace with 4 round outdoor sofas.

We have full time staff of 20 for your convenience, European Guest Host, 2 Thai Villa Manageresses, Thai Master Chef, 2 sous chefs, 7 maids, driver, and 5 gardeners. The Host will arrange all kinds of activities you can imagine.

Cars, motorbikes, jet skis, boats, canoes, mountain bikes are available at request.

We can arrange to pick you up from the airport.. or take a taxi and ask for Wat Laem Sor- Golden Pagoda- we are 200 meters away, directly on the beach to the right of the Pagoda

Our paradise is not easy to expl... the possible services depend on what you ask for- please remember- although it will feel like you stay in a 5 star hotel- it is still a private Villa... we do everything to please our guests the same way we do for our owners -If you accept top pay for our extra services there is next to nothing we cannot arrange for you... However- a lot is already included in our standard rates: all taxes, airport greeting, group transfers, luggage handling, American style breakfast, WiFi, welcome drinks and towels, Concierge Service, private Chef-cooking services (for lunch and dinner - you only pay for the ingredients and drinks plus a 20 % preparation/shopping fee plus 7 % local VAT

No SMOKING, No children under the age of 10 are permitted in the pool without adult supervision. If any kind of glass is broken inside the swimming pool, the pool needs to be drained . Cost of 2,000,- USD will be billed to guest.
No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to 100 USD
In case of storm or bad weather, no refunds will be given due to weather.
