''Thank you for your Kind emails. We’ve just received the deposit - thank you! We had a really great and stunning time in Villa Serenity, absolutely perfect! Please find in your Email our suggestions.

Absulutely luxurious villa. The location was quiet, not as hot as directly on the seaside

We can absolutely recommend “Arsinoe” fisch tavern in Polis Chrysochous and antoher tavern which is located in Kennedy-place 6 in 8047 Pafos, which offers delicous local food.

We were absoluty satisfied with all Services such as taxi-Transfer from the Airport as well as the car rental Company and the offer for renting a boat in Latchi. We will come back. ''.

The Paphos District

Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Paul's Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula (10km), there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Heading North by car, you can find the route through Tsada, Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many other small but charming villages along the way.

An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.

Tala

The villa is situated in the breathtaking hills of Tala, in Paphos. Its elevated position ensures all-round town and sea views which can be enjoyed from the landscaped garden, swimming pool and from most rooms of the house.

Only a 10 minute drive from the Blue Flag beaches at Coral Bay and from the centre of Paphos, Tala is a popular location for visitors, ex-pat residents and holiday home owners alike. Looking down on the main town of Paphos (out to the Med), and often labelled the 'Beverley Hills of Cyprus', Tala offers a peaceful location
with a good village heart including the infamous monastery and a fine selection of bars, restaurants, traditional taverns and other eateries.

The village is conveniently situated for Golf at Tsada/Minthis Hills, with a further 3 golf courses less than 30 minutes away by car (please ask us for further details on golf). The villa provides an ideal location for wedding parties and honeymooners with the many weddings that take place in Cyprus (the island of love), and is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, relaxed lifestyle within close proximity of modern amenities.

The hillside location of this property means that steps lead to the main door from the roadside and it is not suitable for wheelchair users

“Excellent villa in a fabulous location”

Reviewed 1 Oct 2015

We stayed at Villa Serenity for eleven nights travelling as a party of 4 (two couples). The property itself was very clean, spacious and modern. Everything we required was already there, including a water fountain/cooler in the kitchen. I was also pleased that the TV provided was able to receive premium UK channels such as Sky Sports. The sunbeds and bathing area were excellent and the pool and views were just amazing. The location was just what we wanted and we never got tired of just listening and not hearing another thing other than crickets and birds (even at 5:30 in the evening – our rush hour time at home). The Villa is set quite high up the hillside and so a car is definitely essential, but this height is what also gives the most fabulous views out over Paphos to the sea. The Villa was so fully equipped and a pleasure to stay in that we only ventured into Paphos on two evenings, cooking or barbecuing in the villa on the other nights. Mauro and Carol (the owners who live in the next villa) were very approachable. The meet and greet they provided was succinct, to allow us to start enjoying the Villa, but also gave us everything we needed to know. They made it clear they were there at any time for help or advice. They were never intrusive and in fact we really never saw them, but it was clear each morning that the pool had been cleaned and tended to. We booked the villa through 'Let's rent online' and again the service and advice provided by Steven made our booking a breeze. This was the first time we had ever stayed in a villa and I am not sure how we will be able to holiday in a hotel again. All in all the most relaxing holiday we had ever had. I could not recommend the villa, the owners or the rental company enough.
