This brand new air-conditioned apartment boasts spectacular views down to the coast from the large spacious patio/garden area. The property is built to a very high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
The living area is comfortably furnished with a large L shaped sofa a 2 seater sofa, a dining table and 4 chairs. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A patio table, parasol and chairs are provided on the balcony to enable you to soak up the sun and the views. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Situated 15 minutes from Paphos, in an elevated position, on the edge of Tala village, well known for it's authentic Cypriot lifestyle, tavernas, bars and restaurants. Modern, open plan living, finished and equipped to a very high standard. The apartments also benefits from a large private garden terrace, with sun loungers, patio chairs and table ideal for 'Al Fresco' living.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area (with heater), a balcony, sea views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The Paphos District

Tala is located 10 minutes drive from Paphos Town and a 20 minute drive from the airport whilst the village square, with its local restaurants and bars is only a two minute drive from the apartment. In addition to Paphos, the Coral Bay area with its sandy beaches is 10 minutes away and the 12th century monastery of St. Neophytos is 5 minutes away. For those interested in golf, then nearby Tsada offers an 18 hole course, with a further two courses within a 30 minute drive.
Tala is a prestigious residential area and due to its elevated position there are spectacular views down to the coastline. It also benefits from a cooler, less humid air in the hot summer months.

Tala

Tala Village 2 is approximately a 15 minute stroll from the centre of Tala village, which is in the south west corner of Cyprus,(between Paphos and Coral bay) with it's bustling tavernas, bars and restaurants. Here you will also find two small shops,( selling daily provisions, including fresh bread, fruit, milk and newspapers), a church a post-box and two coffee shops. A short drive will take you to several larger, well stocked supermarkets. A 15 minute drive will take you to the old town of Paphos or 'Pano Paphos' as it is known and a further 10 minute drive will take you to lower or 'Kato Paphos' where you will find the harbour area and the tourist bars restaurants and hotels. Also here you will have access to the famous 'Mosaics' and also the 'Tombs of The Kings' It is possible to take boat trips from the harbour area and also diving tuition. There are several championship golf courses. Closest to the house being Tsada, 10 minutes drive, also Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.

“Accomodating, and value for money.”

The property was great value for money, very, clean, smart looking and accommodating. The location was great, with easy access to the shops, restaurants and bars in the village. The owner was very helpful and informative. We really enjoyed our evenings in dining and relaxing outside on the patio watching the sunset. I would definitely recommend and return again.
