From the owner

Walk to the beach through the field behind my house. You can be on the shore in minutes. You will really enjoy the peace and tranquility of this self contained apartment. Newly renovated in 2015 (new kitchen and shower room in March 2015). Accommodation comprises a large dining kitchen,

sitting room with double sofa bed, bedroom with two single beds and modern shower room/ toilet. There is free wi fi, Plusnet and television, a large free parking area at the front of the house, large enough for the largest vehicles/camper vans and pets are welcome. This is a self contained apartment space within the bungalow that I live in. You will have your own entrance, living room, twin bedroom, kitchen / dining room and shower room / toilet. You have your own entrance through the back garden. You and your pets are welcome to use the garden . You don't need to see me unless you want to but I am always there to help and am happy to have a chat. The village in general is very friendly and there is a little pub. Nearest golf course is a 10 min. drive but we are surrounded by world class courses, Tain, Royal Dornoch, Nairn etc.

Directions, by car if you are using sat nav you will bypass Tain and be directed to Inver . If not using sat nav turn into Tain off A9, perhaps stocking up at the Tain Asda just off the A9. Drive down to the main shopping street in Tain and take this road out of Tain towards Portmahomack for about 5 miles, look out for sign for the village of Inver on your left and drive down into the village.

Pass village hall on your left and look out for the sign for Main Street on your right. Turn right into Main street and drive to very end, you will come to a sort of T junction. Turn left and drive for about 100 yards, looking out for my white Citroen van parked outside my garage on you right. Park anywhere on the grass past my van. My house/ your apartment is on the opposite side of road from my garage. Your pets are welcome at no charge. Our village pub is now open, serving excellent meals and drink.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
