Syracuse Plus apartment is a 110 m ² apartment completely renovated (March 2015) in downtown, finely furnished with style and attention to every detail. It consists of 3 spacious bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 single bedroom. The rooms are very large with window and balcony, TV and air conditioning. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living room with a sofa bed and a half square, a functional kitchen with all accessories and a laundry. I hope that the apartment may meet your needs. There is the possibility of renting the apartment for short and long periods.

The housing District is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Syracuse, in the shopping centre, corner with Corso Gelone, one of the most important streets of the city. The location is strategic because you can walk in a few minutes the Greek Theatre and the archaeological zone, 200 m you'll have the santuario della Madonna delle Lacrime, the Church of Saint Lucia to the Township and the Pantheon. In 10 minutes walking you arrive on island of Ortigia. In Corso Gelone and neighbouring streets you will find various shops for shopping of all kinds, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Also within walking distance from the apartment there are the train station and the bus station.

A tour around downstairs you'll find more than a bus stop to go both in various parts of the city towards the beach, the beaches outside the city and the surrounding countries.

The apartment must be left as clean as is delivered on the first day of your arrival.

Please kindly throw the garbage before leaving and to clean the dishes and tableware.

You will have at your disposal all the amenities (Wi-Fi, microwave, oven, kettle, Toaster, hair dryer, LCD TV 40 inches by 32 inches and stay in rooms, bed linen, towels, iron, etc).

Please inform in advance your expected time of arrival so that I can give you the best host, keys and all the information you need.

House rules it is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

We require decorum and respect for the quiet and elegant environment.

Upon arrival in the apartment will be 25 euros in cash required for final cleaning of the apartment, clean towels and sheets. Is also required to pay a deposit of 200 € in cash which will be returned upon check-out.
