Description

This elegant and very bright 90 sm apartment, recently renovated, is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a prestigious building built in 1890 and offers one of the best views on the sea and on the sunsets of Ortigia. It is furnished with particular attention to details and gives a feeling of total relax.

The house has a living room and a wide double bedroom, both containing balconies leaning over the canal that separates Ortigia from the rest of the city, offering a unique view on the colored reflections of the sea and on the seamen's boats. The apartment has a second double bedroom with its own bathroom, a second bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a storage closet with washing machine.

A Nespresso coffee system is also available, along with an electric kettle, squeezer, toaster, beach towels, maps, city guides and all the information useful to have a wonderful vacation.

The apartment has a TV set and free wifi.

The position of the house is very convenient either for the car access (free or with fee car parking are in 200/400 meters), or for the proximity to very interesting cultural places such as the picturesque market, the Apollo temple, the Marina, where people can rent inflatable boats to go on trips to the fascinating bays of the area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Giovanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
