Owner operated fully furnished luxury Studio Apartment with fully functional kitchen is located in the city centre, 38 College Street and cnr of Oxford & Liverpool sts. It is next to Pullman Sydney Hotel. We offer friendly & flexible service at a budget price. Nightly rate per room FROM A$132.00.

During Christmas and New Year period we require minimum 10 nights starting before 24 Dec .

Our apartment, with air-con for cooling and heating and open window, is very well maintained and very well equipped to give a feeling of being home away from home.

Queen/King bed included in room rate. Double sofabed or single bed on request at extra cost. Rate includes local calls. Tax is not applicable. Linens, towels, iron/board, hair dryer and vaccum cleaner are provided.

Subject to availability parking is A$40/day with unlimited entry. Coin-operated laundry at A$4/wash and A$4/dry.

In-room telephone line provides free local calls and dail up internet access with your own PC.

Wi-Fi is available from the hotel reception at a discount rate of A$09.00 per 24 hours or A$40.00 per week.

Special weekly and monthly rates will be offered for minimum one month stay if booking is made within 2-3 months of arrival.

Standard rate A$145 and above subject to length of stay and seasonality for 1-2 guests sharing one bed..

Extra people: $15 AUD / night after 2 guests.

Maximum occupancy: 4 or 5 guests.

Special rates apply during Easter, Christmas/New Year period, Mardi Gras and other special events.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send George (the owner) a message.

If George (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
