The Hampshire region

Hampshire is a county on the Southern coast of England in the United Kingdom. Tourist attractions include many beautiful and popular seaside resorts, the world renowned motor museum of Beaulieu and National Parks in both the New Forest and the South downs. Hampshire has a long Maritime history and two of England's largest Ports of Portsmouth and Southampton lie on its coast. The county boasts a rich cultural heritage, varies coastlines, vibrant cities, bustling market towns and unspoiled countryside, making it an ideal destination on the "English Riviera".

The weather in the area tends to be better and generally warmer than in other parts of the country.

The New Forest is a region of astounding natural beauty, boasting ancient woodlands, large open heathlands, picturesque water-ways and miles of cycle paths and walks. There are plenty of welcoming, friendly pubs, and restaurants in the area, offering hearty traditional fayre, and locally brewed ales. All around the Forest you will come across the ponies, donkeys and cattle that graze freely on the great expanse of heather and grass land. Perhaps you will be lucky enough to spot some of the shyer inhabitants, the deer, who try their best not to be seen against the back ground of rolling heathland and deciduous forest.

Review 1-6 of 6

"Just what we needed and worked perfectly"

From the initial enquiry Sarah was supportive and helpful in everything and could not do enough to help. I was concerned as this was 8 guys of different ages for a stag weekend. We booked both appartments so the old ones could go to bed and leave the young ones free to do what they wanted. The beds were comfortable everything was supplied and clean. Everything we needed was there including a not expected welcome pack. The showers worked great as did everything else. A good base to visit places from. The weather did help as it was beautiful but all in all a very good quiet weekend and everyone chilled and relaxed. The door was a key code which worked great for us as no keys to lose however we did lose a wallet but found that in the rubbish bin and we could not blame Sarah for that!! Sarah has just called and found some house keys which she kindly offered to forward. Would recommend with no concerns.
