“Beautiful surroundings. Great service”

Reviewed 4 Sep 2016

Thank God for Robert and Linda. We were met with a plate of delicious baked goodies. (They were gone in minutes). The house was beautiful, spacious and the views even better than in the pictures. Rob and Linda were attentive and nothing was too much for them. Their son came to meet us after we were stranded on the road which was flooded, blocking the Satnav route back to the house. It all added to the excitement of the weekend. We had a wonderful time. Thanks Rob and Linda and your family. We will definitely be back.

What a lovely review. You came to enjoy and even the worst Summer storm ever experienced failed to dampen your enthusiasm...what a lovely outlook on life! Please come back!

“A perfect location for our reunion”

Reviewed 28 Jun 2016

Five of us former students from Swansea University stayed here to celebrate a very significant anniversary (not saying exactly how many years, but none of us could quite believe it!). The Lodge was perfect, exactly as described and the location could not have been better. Robert and Linda welcomed us warmly and were very helpful. The view from the window was stunning. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Thanks so much. We are so pleased Valley View helped you enjoy your reunion and look forward to hosting the next 'significant' occaision!
