Tastefully decorated, it has open plan living area. The lounge has a fireplace, soft seating, flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining area has dining table with six chairs and patio door leading to deck with private garden and outdoor seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes all new appliances including gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Two double bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, the other with two single beds, and a single bedroom. The remodelled family bathroom has bath with shower over, wc and hand basin. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. No smoking, no pets.

"Very comfortable house in great location"

My husband son and I spent a wonderful week in Swansea staying at 'fairways' on mumbles road. The house is very well equipped and so comfortable. Being from Swansea, we had friends come to the house for dinners etc and everyone commented on what a lovely place it was. Dinner party's were easy as the lay out is open plan and spacious, with plenty of crockery glasses plates etc. The garden didn't get used as it rained most of the time but was a good size and well maintained. Location ideal for walks to the park and beach, busses to town and mumbles easy and frequent. We will be staying there again for sure !
