Flat 3 is situated on the 2nd floor,being the central four windows seen in the photograph:offering panoramic views of the Bay from all four.The windows are a particular focal point of interest integral to the flats many charms as they are very large and provide seating within their deep Bay recess.
We have endeavoured to create a 'Home from Home'f for your pleasure and comfort with house plants and objects of interest reminiscent of the quaintness that is Swanage.
A welcome pack is also provided.
At this time we cannot offer designated parking as such however you can book online with Swanage council carparking.
We are happy to reimburse you this cost.

The Isle of Purbeck region
Swanage is nestling within a sheltered Bay ,with far reaching views of the Purbecks.Part of what is now a 'World Heritage Site'called the 'Jurassic Coastline'.
Swanage harbour is also a favourite watering hole for Boats to moor up.
The town is untainted of the mass commercialisation of other holiday destinations,with uniquely placed shops and markets that add their own special flavour to Swanages many charms.
The height of the Swanage calendar is: 'Regatta Week'which usually falls within the last week of July.
Swanage is very much a town reminiscent of historical /cultural events of 'times gone-by'.
IThe Steam Railway whisks you away over the Purbeck countryside,in itself a thriving family orientated activity centre,with many events,all year round.
For the more avid water-sport enthusiast,there are various diving activities at the School situated besides Swanage Pier.

four of us visited for the weekend blues fest. Usually stay in the caravan park but fancied being in town this time. Flat was excellent, comfy, easily accessible, all yo needed was in there, bed, more than comfy. Down in march for the same fest, so, will definitely be looking to book this accommodation again, many thanks Maureen

"apartment is tired but has potential"
The apartment is in a great central location and is of a good size. Parking can be an issue, particularly at peak times as the designated parking space is a good 10 min walk away up a steep hill - not great with small children. My main issue with this apartment is that it is now looking very 'tired' and not too clean, with lots of 'toot' every where that makes it look shabby. The main plus is it's central location if you are happy to stay local and 'potter' around town and on the front. There was some issue with noise on just one night from the pub next door - apart from that not a great issue for us although it was frequently mentioned in the feedback books. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and effcient in dealing with the booking.
In response to this review Our parking space is about 175 yards up a hill,(Park Road). There is free parking down both sides of Park Road,and closer in Exeter Road. In the summer months parking is in short supply, and we need to be able to offer our guests a designated parking space. There is a shorter route to the parking space that can be reached on foot along Sentry road,a rough track with scenic views across the bay. we do advise our guests, that it is better to drop off passengers and luggage at the apartment,and just for the driver to park or fetch the car. This winter we have had wood effect double glazing fitted to all our windows, this has greatly increased our sound protection from the pub across the road. We do our best to keep the apartment clean neat and tidy. often in the summer months we get held up in the traffic heading towards Studland beach,or Lulworth Cove,and often our guests arrive early and want to come in,and sometimes our guests leave the apartment a little untidy,usually a sign that people have enjoyed their holiday, and yes we do have a small collection of buckets and spades,crab lines and beach mats and things our guests leave. We keep them for when our guests return next summer.

We chose this flat for the location - close to the sea as we were there for an angling weekend.. We were very happy to find that the flat was in good condition, warm and well kitted out with all we needed.. So nice from our point of view to only have a 2 minute walk to go fishing rather than the usual 11/2 hour drive... Good place to stay - give it a go....
