My home is located within Swanage Coastal Park with stunning views to the Purbeck Hills and Swanage Bay. The town centre and sandy beach is approximately one mile away. The scenic Swanage Steam Railway is a lovely way to visit Corfe Castle. There are also many coastal walks to enjoy. There's a children's play park located on site. Approx. 3min walk away, the neighbouring site has a clubhouse with bar, restaurant, indoor swimming pool and gym. (a fee is required for gym and pool) The home comprises of one double bedroom with double wardrobe and drawers, dressing table with mirror and shaving point. The twin room has a wardrobe, cupboard and ample shelf space. The shower room is spacious with wc and basin. The fitted and well equipped kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer compartment, separate ice maker, gas cooker and microwave as well as many other utensils. The comfortable living area has ample sofa seating for six guests. There's a dining table and coffee table, gas fire and flat screen tv with freeview, dvd and usb port. The home has the benefits of double glazing and central heating throughout. The outside has car parking, a storage unit and patio. The sun trapped patio has a table with four chairs, parasol and of course a bar-b-q.Although duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are supplied, you will need to bring your own covers, sheets, pillow slips, towels and tea towels.Short breaks are available. Please ask for a quote.

“Clean caravan with fantastic views”

We arrived and the caravan was very clean. There were fantastic views from the lounge window. It was very peaceful and a great base to explore the area. There were walks from your door up to the coastal path. One thing I would say that unless you are very fit you will need a car because the walk down to the shop is very steep. A welcome pack would have been nice to give us a few tips on where to eat and the tourist attractions in the area but otherwise I would recommend the caravan to anyone looking for a peaceful spot and a quieter seaside town.

A quite time of year but a swimming pool and clubhouse available through the day,had a small issue with the boiler but was fixed literally within 5 minutes by a very helpful member of staff.We had our 2 grandchildren with us and they both loved watching the steam train running up and down and looking across to the sea.A very warm,safe and roomy caravan.

The property has stunning views with outside seating area and is only a short walk from the superb Swanage town centre. Swanage has a train station with steam trains which makes it very easy to get to Corfe Castle. The location is also near Durlsford Park and Castle which is well worth a visit. You can also get various boat trips from the Pier and visit Poole. There are fantastic beaches near by and is also near to Bournemouth (shopping centre/cinema) and The Blue Pool. The property was clean, warm and in good condition and the owner is very easy to contact if needs be. Site staff are also very efficient, would definitely go back again.

Swanage has it's own beauty to explore but is also surrounded by other attractions. This holiday was able to deliver peace and rest as well as providing places to visit that would suit all ages. There was the seaside with sandy beaches and a steam train line both of which could be clearly seen from the caravan. The site staff were friendly and helpful and the use of the swimming pool in the neighbouring campsite within walking distance was great. The owner responded quickly to the booking and also asked some further questions promptly. Still lots to see and explore so will hopefully return.

The caravan was well presented in a good location with stunning views. It was very clean and well equipped and we were able to walk to Swanage seafront in about twenty minutes - although it took longer back as it was uphill most of the way. My partner is quite large and he found the double bed a little too short and the shower a little too small to accomadate him comfortably but I found everything absolutely fine. The caravan was very clean and well equipped on a very friendly site. I would definately use this caravan again as I loved it so much and Swanage is such a good place for a family holiday.
