Description

A luxurious free standing Villa is situated in a private, tranquil location of the small village of Vidulini near the beautiful old town Svetvincenat. The Istrian style house stands on a 1000 m² plot with some magnificent views onto the surrounding country side.

The 220 m² interior comprises 3 large double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are air-conditioned with comfortable 2x2 m beds and its own balcony or terrace, designed to provide a complete privacy to the guests. The ground floor bedroom has an easy access from the main entrance and the car park and is equipped with exceptionally wide doors and a large floor lever shower, suitable for elderly and those of restricted mobility. Additional sleeping for 2 is provided on a double sofa bed in the sitting room.

Dining is eather in the specious stylish air-conditioned dining room for 8 people or al fresco on the covered terrace equipped with built-in professional barbeque.

Carefully designed traditional style kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer and additional breakfast table plus an extra sink and washing machine in the utility room.

Air-conditioned sitting room comes with a wood burning fire place, satellite TV, DVD and a small library with a selection of books and DVDs in different languages.

Specious 40 m² upper floor terrace is facing a beautiful, well-kept vineyard. With an open view to the West, towards the coast, it provides some amazing sunset scenes any part of the year. The best place to end a day with a glass of local wine.

9.5 x 4.5 m weekly maintained swimming pool with easy access and 3 depth levels is suitable for all age groups.

Secure car park is provided for 3 cars with additional parking outside the gates for 2 more cars.

The closest small towns are Bale to the West (11 km) and Svetvincenat to the East (4km). Apart from the food shops, bakeries, banks and travel agencies these two small towns are well known for its culture and art.

“Perfect Croatian holiday”

We stayed for a week, and didn't want to leave. Selma met us in nearby Svetvincenat and whisked us to the villa. She showed us everything we needed to know about the house and left us to settle in. The setting is truly beautiful. Very peaceful, quiet location. The pool was pristine clean as was the entire house. The three rooms each have their own bathroom and small dressing area. Enormous beds, crisp cotton bedding. A stunning upstairs terrace, perfect for watching the glorious sunsets with a glass of wine in hand. Cannot praise this property highly enough. The pics can't portray the lovely feel of the place. Nearby Rovinj perfect for waterside restaurants. Our kids also loved Istralandia water park which was an easy day out from the villa. We hope to return.
