Description

This beautiful 100 % Eco Villa sits in middle its own vineyard, surrounded by olive trees. It is set on top of a hill with a stunning untouched view of the ocean. The villa is extremely private, secluded and relaxing with its own pool or you can head down to the beach-only a 3 minute drive! This place is perfect for families or groups of friends. If you want to really switch off on your holiday and enjoy the surrounding nature and soak in the beauty of the Dalmation coast while having all the amenities of a modern house-this is the place for you. The Villa offers a huge outdoor area with something for everyone -including the vine yard and its fruit and olive trees. There are areas for sunbathing, socializing, BBQing and hanging out. The house, which was originally an ancient farm dwelling, has been newly reconstructed with 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a large living room and kitchen. It offers all the modern amenities you may need, AC, Washing Machine, WIFI, stove, BBQ, dishwasher.

There is a wide choice of beaches near the villa. The villa is located in Sutivan a charming village town where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops and many excursions. There is something for everyone enjoy!

In order to respect the untouched surrounding nature The Villa has been built ecologically. It is completely run on Solar Power and we ask our guests to also respect the environment.

“Beautiful views during the days; great place to relax in the evenings.”

I stayed here for a few nights with a friend last summer and had a wonderful time. The house itself has great finishings inside - I love the kitchen and living space - and the bedrooms oare a good size too. The outside is beautiful! It has a lovely drive leading up to the house from the gate, an outdoor pool and a stunning view. You really do feel secluded and private. The pool is a great size, even for a family, and the outdoor area is really lovely. With the warm sumer evenings, we spent every night outside. It's also a great space to entertain. The house is also a short drive away from the local village, where you can find amenities and cafes. With a car, it is also easy access to other parts of the island.

Such a beautiful property!!!! The house is gorgeous, everything is new and clean. The grounds are fantastic with your own pool surrounded by vineyards. We had such an amazing holiday. The island is beautiful and the villa is really well located to both beaches and restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
