Description

Spacious (100m2) three bedroom apartment. On the ground floor there is fully equipped kitchen, bedroom within bathrom w/ shower and living room with dining area, air conditioned. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and bathroom w/ shower, also air conditioned. On the side of the living room there are patio doors leading to a large yard with grill where you can sit and relax in the natural shade of palm trees and enjoy your peaceful dream vacation. Also there is outside bathroom w/ shower and washing machine inside. And on the side of the kitchen there are doors leading to a outdoor area with a big dining table in natural dalmatian environment.
Whole apartment is coverd with Wi-fi. Being located seafront we also have private access to the beach including outdoor shower, sun umrellas and loungers that are at all time available to our guests. Free parking space in front of the house.

Our guests are always greeted with a big smile.

Sutivan is a charming, small and peaceful seaside village located on the north-western side of Brac Island shore. The tiny town grows up from its characteristic port and its many wonderful beaches towards the gentles hills of maritime pines and olive trees. Discover the narrow alleys and the hidden staircases of the old village built with the traditional stone-based Dalmatian architecture features. Follow the aroma of rosemary and lavender through the many biking and trekking paths of the Island. Explore the underwater life thanks to the diving centres that organize excursions every day, relax on one of the numerous beaches, rent a boat and discover the hidden bays and refresh yourself in the blue and clear waters of the Mediterranean. Would you like to take a break in a place where your kids can play all the evenings without the worries of the cars, where almost all your needs can be satisfied just walking few steps, where urban modern lifestyle haven't arrived yet.

Excellent place just at the ocean! Beautiful house, well equiped. Nice garden, very relaxing! Friendly and polite "neighbours". Close to Sutivan harbour with nice coffe, icecream and restaurants. Sitting by the garden wall and looking out at the ocean was the best place!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
