From the owner

Villa Dvornik provides complete privacy in comfortable accommodation for families with children, student groups and family gatherings. It has a nice sea view and it is only 300 meters away from the sea and beach. It consists of living area (135 m2) with 4 bedrooms (8 beds) along with large garden (280 m2) covered with stone slabs and two swimming pools. Large swimming pool with 4 nozzles for massage (24 m2 and 1.5 m depth) for adults and smaller pool intended for small children (3.5 m2 and 0.5 m depth). Both pools are heated by 10 m2 of solar collectors that allow a swimming pool temperature of 21 ° C in May and October. The outdoor shower and grill are placed in the surrounding area. The house is air-conditioned and has access to wireless internet. Three parking spaces are insured inside the property surrounding the house. Pets are welcome.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Aljoša (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
