Villa no.3 is blessed with the Headland's widest frontage with sweeping views that never cease to amaze. From every room you enjoy an unrivalled view of the Five Islands, Ang Thong National Marine Park and the most spectacular sunsets you are ever likely to see.

Villa No.3 is unique amongst the Headland Villas in that its mezzanine floor can double as an extra bedroom with a fully equipped en-suite shower room. Thus enabling it to accommodate up to 6 people in comfort (8 with kids in the bunk bed rooms). Villa 3 is ideal for couples, families (one family or two families staying together) and children, or groups of friends of all ages.

The villa comprises two pavilions; one housing two bedrooms (1 king, 1 twin with an additional built-in upper bunk - perfect for up to 4 kids), both with en-suite; the second has a large and open living/dining area with a fully appointed kitchen. A mezzanine floor above serves as a relaxing den/TV room or a 3rd double bedroom with its own en-suite. All rooms have ceiling fans and full air-conditioning.

Outside you have a wide terrace, partly covered by shady Bougainvillea and bordered with areas of grass; perfect for reading, relaxing or lazy lunches. A low, natural stonewall leads around to the indulgent 12.5m infinity-edged pool which has a shallow shelf, ideal for paddling with young children or just cooling off with a good book.

Both pavilions have folding glass doors on three sides, which enable the rooms to be entirely opened up during the day for the soothing effect of cooling sea breezes. This also gives the villa an open-air feel, allowing you to roam freely between the infinity pool and indoor comforts.

Staying at headland villa 3 is a pure, sumptuous escape for fun filled family escapes, private getaways for couples, or for recharging with friends. You will never forget the experience of the magnificent surroundings and the indulgence of watching the sun literally pour into the horizon.

We have a fully staffed estate with a villa manager and your own villa maid. Discretion is a high priority so staff will be available when you need them but also out of sight for your privacy. We have a team of gardeners that keep the property scenic and well manicured. They also take care of the infinity pool.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Surfy (the owner) a message.

If Surfy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
