This is a luxury self catering apartment in a quiet residential road 3 minutes walk from the High Street. There is underground parking and a lift to the flat. The Apartment has recently been completely refurbished and offers a comfortable base from which to explore London and Surrey. Beautifully furnished with large screen TV & wi fi.

The flat was recently refurbished and so benefits from brand new carpets ,beds and mattresses and a modern floor to ceiling tiled bathroom with bath and shower.The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both rooms have wardrobes. There are 2 John Lewis bed chairs

“comfortable, convenient and quiet”

Stayed for 4 nights and would have happily stayed longer. Travelled with husband, teenage daughter and her friend and found this apartment a good base with easy access to central London, which suited the girls, while my husband and I enjoyed the less frenetic charms of Hampton Court, Richmond and Kingston, which were all very close by. The railway station is just 5mins easy walk from the apartment and both Waitrose and Marks and Spencer food shops were also very near. The weather was unseasonably cold while we were in the area however on the one sunny, warmer day we turned right on exiting the flat and headed towards the riverside and Kingston. What a lovely walk which took us into the delightful, older part of Kingston - definitely worth doing. To sum up: a very comfortable and tasteful flat in a quiet location but very convenient for travel to city. The owner was very helpful when there was a minor problem with lamps and door lock, quickly resolving things and was also quick to refund security deposit following the stay.

Our family stayed at this apartment for 10 days in Dec 2012 /Jan 2013 for New Year celebration. We are from Armenia, and wanted to find comfortable, clean and secure home. The reality was more than the expectation, the home was very clean, relaxing and perfect for family travel. Nothing to add, everything was considered by homeowner. The location is great, 20 min to Waterloo station. Martin is great and hospitable, for sure will recommend to my friends.

We stayed at this Surbiton apartment for 2 weeks in October / November 2012. We were in UK from Australia, visiting family in the local area and wanted a home from home. That is exactly what we found. The apartment is perfect for a small family. We had our 3 year old with us and he loved it too. The apartment is fitted out to an excellent standard and has everything you need to make your stay easy / manageable (washer / dryer / microwave / oven / hob / bath / shower / wifi / etc. etc. etc.) and has a great secure parking space. It is also within very quick & easy reach of Surbiton high street and train station which we used for trips on the fast train into Waterloo. Dealing with Martin was a pleasure. I have nothing bad to say about this place. We will be back again next time for sure and would strongly recommend to all.
