The apartment consists of a bedroom 14m2 in part by a 4.5 m2 bathroom with washing then kitchen dining and living room with a second extra beds, all in 23m2. The kitchen is small but functional with its stardarnom equipment. Air is located in a larger room with ease and cool the whole apartment.
The apartment is on the ground north-south orientation and is fully protected from the sun so that it has a very pleasant tenperaturu. The apartment has two large terraces to the south with plenty of shade and communicates with the entire courtyard where there is lush greenery carefully nurtured.
Parking space is located in the backyard.

Villa Stina is in a very peaceful part of Supetar, where almost no traffic other than passenger cars homeowners and their guests.

History

The place is called Supetar first mentioned 1423rd year, and named after the Saint. Peter. The present parish church of the Annunciation (18th century) was built on the foundations of an early Christian basilica of St. Petra as evidenced by the mosaic discovered 1975th year. Adjacent to the church early Christian mosaics from VI. century and Leroj (bell tower) and Church Museum, on whose entrance is a sculpture of St.. Viktor, the work of sculptor Petar Jaksic, who is the author of Mother Teresa sculpture at the entrance to the church yard. Altarpiece Madonna with Saints offense is amateur painter Feliks Tironi (1722nd to 1808th), and the organ is still 1737th whatever. by Petar Nakic.On the road to his former administrative center of the island Nerežišća church is St. Roch, patron of infectious diseases, was built 1682nd year. As we noted in the house rules only rule is entertainment and enjoyment, the largest entertainment and enjoyment offers warm clear blue sea, lots of sunshine and all the surrounding pine forests. On the beaches of which there are a variety of rocky, sandy shore, there are all the necessary facilities of the lounge chairs, bars, ski-yet, and other recreational activities that you will choose according to your preferences. Along several beach is a promenade that connects them to the town center. Nightlife in Supetar is interesting but not overly noisy.
