This tranquil villa, set in lush tropical gardens surrounded by wonderful mature trees - is ideally located being both convenient and private. It is situated next to The Travellers Palm Hotel which is literally next door! The spacious outdoor double patio area is covered - ideal for relaxing and dining, with large settee and rattan chairs - perfect for sipping 'sundowners' and chilling in the evening in your own tropical retreat.

The villa has everything to meet your needs, Direct TV, DVD, stereo and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary crockery and utensils. The laundery room has large washing machine & dryer. The 2 bedrooms are spaceous, light and airy - both are en-suite with comfortable queen size beds, ceiling fans are i the lounge and bedrooms plus air conditioning in the bedrooms. A third spacious bedroom with twin beds is also available with fan and A/C if needed.

The Villa is only 5 minutes walk away from Cave Shepherd, shops, cafes and bank, as well as having the famous Sandy Lane Hotel nearby. The Beach House is also only 10 minutes walk away - with large 50 ft pool, bar and restaurant, to which our guest have full access. Lime Grove development is also nearby, offering a wonderful mix of restaurants for every taste, together with cinema and duty free shopping.

25% deposit is required on booking and is none refundable. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is no smoking in the house and no pets allowed.

While the lounge provides comfortable seating (large 3 seater and 2 seater sofa with armchair), french doors open onto the covered patio with dining table (seating 8 people). The villa also has a delightful covered patio at the entrance to the house with large settee and rattan chairs - so you can choose your 'down time' areas for relaxing at the end of the day.

Both bedrooms are light, spacious and en-suite and have comfortable queen size beds, while the third bedroom has twin beds. All bedroom have AC and ceiling fans for additional comfort.

Bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided and and these are changed and laundered by our housekeeper who visits once a week, keeping everything clean and tidy during your stay. Should you require additional housekeeping services, or more frequent cleaning, this can easily be arranged for a small additional cost,

This tranqul villa is perfectly located within walking distance to all the amenities - beach, shops, restaurants, Super Centre and The Beach House (with 50 ft pool, sun loungers and beach front restaurant) which is available to Sweet Palm guests and also discounted.

For a relaxing start to your day - you can have breakfast on the patio and, if you are early enough, watch the monkeys trace their steps through the trees running down the garden. These little visitors are out early with the huming birds - but its a wonderful start to the day! You can then move next door to relax and lounge by The Traveller's Palm pool - which is fully available to our guests - thoroughly calming and destressing!

Ther's a wonderful choice of restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walk - truly something for everyone's taste, but if you do chose to cook - the kitchen is fully equipped and we have a gas barbeque for alfresco dining under the stars. Here at Sweet Palm, you can choose your own pace! Definitely a little slice of paradise.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Linda (the owner) a message.

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
