The Kalia Apartments are a independently built 4 star complex in the heart of Sunny Beach. approx. 250m to the central strip, 250m to Beach & 300m to the aqua Water park It is ideal location for all , The Kalia apartments are close enough to the centre yet just far enough away for a relaxing holiday.The Apartment complex is one of the best in Sunnybeach .Its central location makes it excellent for discovering all the delights sunny beach has got to offer The apartments and grounds including pool are spotless & clean and maintained to the highest standards giving fantastic Accommodation and good value for money .

Our apartment in the Kalia Complex, Is one of the best available we chose apartment A9 situated on the 4th floor at the far left of the complex having 3 external walls providing plenty of natural light giving excellent views all round This includes a lovely pool view from the room balcony to the front and a mountain view from the large bedroom balcony to the rear where one can watch the sunset, It really is fantastic. The apartment has air conditioning units in the main room and also the bedroom to provide a nice respite when the weather is hot

Our apartment comfortably sleeps 5 persons the main bedroom has a large king sized bed , a travel cot for babies and a high quality self inflating flocked bed for that extra person ,

The living room contains a large corner settee which can sleep 2 people as singles as it is or it comes together to make one double bed for 2 .

It has a fully fitted kitchen including twin digital glass hob, built in oven, built in washing machine ,New Fridge freezer for 2018 ,Microwave, Kettle, Toaster ,Sandwich toaster and all the essentials for a home away from home

Main room There is a 32" flat screen samsung tv with dvd player with loads of original dvds for you to watch at your pleasure there also is a 22" flat screen Samsung tv and dvd player in the bedroom .And a clock radio cd player for your music .There is plenty of UK to Bulgarian adapters provided for you electrical equipment There is also hair dryer & straighteners provided

Also has Iron and ironing board

Our apartment has its own personnel FREE WI FI which can also be picked up around the swimming pool

Our apartment has a steel high security external door fitted and the complex has 24 hour security guards and cctv making it a very safe and secure complex to stay in

PLEASE NOTE : Smoking is not permitted in the apartment itself but ashtrays are provided for smoking on both Balconys

Why can't I call Anthony (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Anthony (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anthony (the owner) a message.

If Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
