Peraleja Golf Resort is a small exclusive contemporary style development comprising, individual villas, built to a high specification and offering open plan living accommodation. There are wonderful views of mountains and the Mar Menor coast line and it is an ideal base for golf, activities for the family or pure relaxation. This is a quiet resort.

The villa is single storey with 2 bedrooms, (1 bathroom ensuite) and shower room. Located in a quiet front line elevated position at the 7th hole with spectacular open views. The HEATED POOL makes it an ideal destination all year round with average outside temperature of 20c. Furnished to a high standard with modern furniture, many home comforts, TV , DVD player, CD/Radio, air conditioning for the summer season and cosy log fire for the winter month. This is a gated development with secure private parking.

Peraleja Golf course is a 18 hole exclusive championship course designed and planned by legendary Seve Ballesteros. Offers magical holes, large lakes and a lovely coastal breeze from the shores of the nearby Mar Menor. Described as a challenging course, it is manageable for players of all standards.

The golf club house, has La Vista restaurant located on the top floor with stunning panoramic views of the Mar Menor and mountains.

A car is essential, please note there is a toll on parts of the A7 approximately 3 to 4 euro when driving from Alicante airport. Nearest airports, San Javier Murcia approx. 20 minutes, Alicante approx 1 hour.Flexible change over day and leaving time on day of departure (changeover fee cleaning 60 euro, plus 10 euro per person for laundry to be left at the property as cash.

We have a lovely on-site house manager who lives on the resort and has taken care of our villa for over ten years. As owners, we love coming back time and time again, you can spend the day just relaxing by the pool, followed by dinner at the excellent La Vista or use our BBQ. You do not have to travel very far to find a lovely sandy beach, our favourite fun activity is to go to Las Charcas Mud Baths (San Pedro del Pinatar) - it's free as well and you end up with skin like a baby. The sea-water in door swimming pools at the hotel Thalasia at San Pedro de Pinatar are also very relaxing, remember to take your own towel - there is a charge to enter but it's well worth it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jackie (the owner) a message.

If Jackie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
