Cumquat Cottage is a very homely alternative to the hotel lifestyle. The cottage is a beautiful, small, 110-year-old single level terrace style home in Bagot Road, only 100 metres from all the facilities and appeal of the Rokeby Road high street shopping precinct.

Very comfortable, quaint and peaceful, Cumquat Cottage offers short-term accommodation with two bedrooms, each with double beds, with absolutely everything included. In the heart of older Subiaco, this section of Bagot Road runs east to Kings Park and west to Rokeby Road, which is one of Perth's favourite shopping areas with restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, fashion, supermarkets and fresh food markets within a very short walk from the cottage. Our properties are all fully "self catered" - once you arrive and settle in we won't interrupt you with cleaning and servicing. If you would like your bed made and your house cleaned, please let us know and we would be happy to come and do your housework for you at a cost of $40 per hour.

The cottage is only a short walk to Domain Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval), 2km to the Perth CBD and 5km to delightful Matilda Bay and the University of Western Australia. Also the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty's Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia are all just a short distance away. It is also located centrally and close to 5 major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children's Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth.

We are very close to multiple bus routes plus the Subiaco train station is just a pleasant stroll down Rokeby Road. Walking is also the way to go in Subiaco, with beautiful Kings Park only a short walk away. It is also very pleasant strolling through the local streets with their beautiful homes, many of them historic, and small parks and gardens.

Without fail, the best part about Subiaco, and in particular this area of Subiaco, is the close proximity to all the services you could want or need. Plus the friendly local community. You will be nestled in amongst historic residential homes, large and small, fancy and quaint, strong and remodelled or slightly worn and a bit crooked - the area abounds in character. Full of restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and friendly locals, you will love your stay in Subiaco, whether for business or holiday.
