“Beautifully equipped and furnished cottage in peaceful setting”

Reviewed 11 Mar 2013

A very well presented and well maintained cottage with top of the range utensils and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Maryanne. Little touches like fresh flowers, large box of biscuits, fresh eggs and essential provisions for us on arrival were very thoughtful and most appreciated by our hungry four youngsters. It was a big bonus to have electric blankets on all the beds as it was a particularly chilly week in February when we stayed. Bathrooms were clean and attention to detail with colour co-ordination was lovely. We had a very cosy, comfortable stay and would definately like to return in the future. The cottage was a haven of peace and tranquility without compromising on quality.

“Perfect in every way!”

Reviewed 1 Jan 2012

The whole family loved the cottage; the cleanest property we have ever seen with a very well appointed kitchen and generally high specification throughout. The owners could not have been more friendly or helpful. There were colour coded boxes of leaflets of local attractions, a library and board games for rainy days, DVDs, BBQ and outdoor dining area with badminton. Did we mention the jacuzzi bath, out of which we could barely prise our children to go to the beach!
