<p>Ideal for families,plenty of popular attractions can be easily reached from the property including Go Ape,Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World. Horse riding and bike hire can be found at the end of the lane of the property and there are fantastic routes to explore across the New Forest. To pick up a few essentials,the riverside town of Fordingbridge is about one and a half miles away with a selection of independent shops and a supermarket. On those days you don’t fancy cooking,there are some great local pubs within the area. The Three Lions is approximately a 15 minute walk from the property or take a five minute drive to The Foresters Arms at Frogham.</p><p>The accommodation comprises of the main house and a stunning converted barn located a few steps away from the house through the back door and across the terrace. Beautifully presented with plenty of space,the main house features a living and dining area complete with cosy wood burner,oak flooring and flat screen TV. It is a step down to the dining area which is perfect for formal dining and the well equipped kitchen with pretty terracotta floor tiles is the perfect space to cook up a storm. The Nespresso machine is perfect for your morning coffee fix and you can walk through to the snug from the kitchen. Ideal for children to watch a DVD,the snug has a comfy sofa and back door which leads to The Barn and gardens.</p><p>Upstairs in the main house are three bedrooms. The master bedroom features built in wardrobes,a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with a corner shower and WC. There are lovely views from the full length window complete with a Juliette balcony. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom features a small double bed. There is a family bathroom in the main house complete with a bath with shower over,WC and complimentary Baylis & Harding miniature toiletries.</p><p>The Barn offers fantastic additional living space with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the garden and valley beyond. Complete with a mezzanine floor with two single beds,which can made into a double on request,The Barn also features a games room with super pool table,a bar,Nespresso machine and underfloor heating. There is a ground floor shower room with a corner shower and WC complete with complimentary Baylis & Harding miniature toiletries. Outside is a sunny south facing plantsmans garden with far reaching valley views and rolling lawns. Garden furniture and a BBQ is available to use for al fresco dining and there is parking for up to four cars in the circular drive.</p>
