Our short let apartments are urban and elegant one bedroom flats located in the very heart of Stresa, just steps away from everything.Each apartment sleeps four comfortably, with a large bedroom and a full size sofabed in the living area. Digital TV, free WiFi, air conditioning, heating are included in each apartment.The kitchen is fully equipt with everything you need. Enjoy shopping in the local markets and eating in your own beautiful dining area or on the terrace.All the apartments have one bedroom, with a queen-sized bed, a large closet, dressers.The bathroom, tiled in elegant stone ceramic tiles, is large, bright, with all modern fixtures, including a washing machine.Although a car is not necessary, as all is easily reachable on foot, there is ample public parking outside the building. However, Piazza Cadorna, the boat imbarcadero and the train station are all only steps away.Transfers from train station or airports can be arranged if needed.More info at StresaApartments. com

“Superb Apartment - you couldn't be disappointed”

We stayed for 6 nights in apartment 2A on the 2nd floor at La Lombarda and loved every minute. The apartments are brand new, large and modern, well furnished and very well equipped. The main bedroom is quite large with a very comfortable bed and pillows and a roomy walk in robe with plenty of hanging and storage space. The bathroom has a small washing machine, bidet, toilet and shower with a lovely rain shower head, and supplied with large, fluffy white towels. The kitchen is very well equipped with a 2 burner stove top, kettle, glasses, crockery, cutlery, knives, pots and pans, plastic wrap, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar, coffee plunger, tea pot, washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels. The combined lounge/dining/kitchen is very spacious and the sofa could accommodate 2 extra adults (or children). Lounge room has a nice big TV and there is free Wi-fi!! The apartment looks out over the council car park, which transforms into a lively market each Friday, but it also has a lovely mountain range in the distance to view. Location is 2 minutes walk under the arches to the hub of Stresa and its restaurants/cafes and assorted shops - wine/deli/clothing/bakery/souvenir etc.. A well stocked Carrefour supermarket with deli & butcher is 5 minutes walk. The esplanade and ferry terminal are also a few minutes walk away. Apartments were blissfully quiet and equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning. - lovely to come back to after a hot day out. Dana kept us well informed leading up to our stay and Giuseppe kindly picked us up from the train station on our arrival and also graciously gave us a lift back when we left. All in all, probably the best apartment we have stayed in. Apartments are accessed by stairs only and also have a nice little balcony with umbrella for use. Don't forget to pay a visit to the restaurant downstairs for an exceptional dining experience. The apartment is exactly as it looks on the net, no photo enhancements there. If you're looking for somewhere with space, well equipped and in a central location with a friendly accessable owner, don't look any further. Highly recommended!!

What an amazing and high quality apartment. Really great place to enjoy lovely Stresa. There is a parking lot next door, the town is straight accessible, so is the beach and other wonderful sites. Giuseppe was fantastic looking at all our needs. Would definitely go back.

The apartments are brand new, spotlessly clean and equipped to a high standard with modern and simple to use air conditioning .The apartment could not be more central ,30m to the local bakery, a good restaurant downstairs ,200m to the local supermarket and town centre streets. The owners are very friendly and helpful and you are only a phonecall away from someone with local knowledge. The only down side if that is that you overlook a car park although that also has a market frequently and the open space allows a cooling breeze

Our trip started with glitch in Tripadvisor’s payment system making it impossible to pay in-time. Dana and Giuseppe supported us through the process. Place and location are great. Apparent is new, and very clean. Location is “local” with bakeries and shops around; you can be anywhere in Stresa in 5-7min. Thanks to Dana and Giuseppe for shearing Stresa with us.

How do damage deposits work?
