Situated approximately 60 metres from the banks of the River Avon

This lovely lodge offers an exciting location only a mile outside the wonderful town of Stratford upon Avon,and, on the doorstep of the Cotswold's.

Inside the lodge is a spacious open plan lounge,dining area and kitchen.

The lodge is 40 feet long by 12 feet wide with a brand new wrap around balcony giving you extra space for your al fresco dining and sunbathing

The lodge is double glazed and has Central Heating

There is also an electric fire in the lounge. O

There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, etc, and, a en-suite toilet off the main bedroom.

For your use in the kitchen, there are all the cooking aids that you will require.

WiFi is provided onsite for a payment.

All bed linen, towels, electric and gas are included in your rental price

Because of Covid 19 restrictions you are asked to bring your own hairdryer and iron.

While your here, try a day out at the magnificent Warwick Castle. Loads of battlements and dungeons. Medieval history at its finest.

Interaction with guest

Entertainment in the site clubhouse every Saturday night. Excellent restaurant at the clubhouse, The Bar is open daily and offer a bar menu. Two really good things about renting this holiday home as opposed to booking a hotel room. If the weather is good, you have the balcony to sit on and watch the boats go by. If it's raining, you have the lounge to sit in with the television on the wall, and the kitchen to hand. All your homely comforts.

“Light airy chalet in peaceful surroundings.”

Ideal location 5 minute drive to centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. Comfortable, clean well equipped chalet 50yds to River Avon and short walk to site bar and restaurant and river taxi into Stratford. The site is quiet and well attended a lovely place to stroll around. The owners Rob and Chris greet you and go out of their way to make you welcome and provide you with information to ensure you make the most of Your holiday. Had a brilliant time and hope to stay again there soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay here, it was a perfect place to stay for 2 adults and 2 children. The caravan is beautiful, immaculate and well looked after, there was nothing that could have been done differently to improve our stay it was perfect. The caravan has comfy sofa seating rather than typical caravan bench seating which was lovely. They have thought of everything DVDs provided to keep the kids occupied on rainy days to outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining and sun loungers for some lazing in the sun on sunnier days. The site itself is great and lots of good features, the clubhouse and water taxi into Stratford town centre for example, but the location of this caravan is perfect, being on the edge of a large grassy area we were able to let the kids run around easily. We would definitely stay here again thanks Rosie, Liz, Hope and Poppy

The caravan is in a lovely setting, right on the river Avon. There is a river taxi which takes you directly into Stratford town, ideal if you don't want to drive. Stratford is a beautiful historic town with plenty to see and do. We visited Warwick castle which is 10 mins drive away (great day out). Rob and Chris were excellent and most helpful and welcoming when we met them on arrival. The caravan is a home from home with everything you would ever need, it is immaculate. Will definitely recommend and would certainly come back again. Many Thanks

A lovely, well presented caravan, in an ideal location. We were meet by the friendly owners who told us everything we needed to know. The van is cosy and well equipped. A great place to have a relaxing break away. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Robert and Christine (the owner) a message.

If Robert and Christine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
