This barn conversion offers the best of both worlds - rural charm with modern amenities in a countryside setting, It is close to towns and villages and has many National Trust Properties on the doorstep. There are many local attractions in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, and Henley in Arden including The Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Shakespeare's Birth Place, Warwick Castle and Jephson Gardens.

Oak Tree Lodge is open plan. It accommodates 4 people with open plan living. The spacious lounge flows off the kitchen area. All on one level, the open plan living comprises a Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge and a freezer. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools and also a table with 4 chairs. The spacious Lounge flows off the kitchen area and seats 6 people.

There are two bedrooms, a large king room with ensuite shower room and wc and a twin room with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. There is a 2nd spacious Shower room with wc.

There is parking for 2 cars, free wifi and the property is non smoking and strictly no pets.

Minimum stay is 3 nights.

Just wanted to let you know we took your advise and now have a table and four chairs in the Lodge in addition to the bar and stools;. “Excellent Get Away”

Absolutely fantastic break down near Warwick and Stratford. The barn conversion is beautifully done, with two great sized bedrooms and a huge open plan living area. Well set up for small children and so quiet too. It feels like the middle of nowhere despite being only 15 minutes from Stratford and Warwick. We had a fabulous break and would happily come back again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steven and Tina (the owner) a message.

If Steven and Tina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
