Cotswold View and Cherry Blossom are two beautiful apartments set in an elevated position with far-reaching views of the Cotswolds and Malverns and offering great flexibility to a large party of up to eight people who want to holiday together whilst retaining their privacy by staying in two separate self contained units. Nestling above each other and adjoining the owner's large property, they have their own private entrances – Cherry Blossom, being on a ground floor is perfect for the less mobile or families with very young children whilst Cotswold View, which can be accessed by an external brick built staircase, offers unrivalled views of the Warwickshire countryside and the Cotswolds. Cotswold View is a first floor apartment with two double bedrooms, which is suitable for up to four people and a baby. The entrance door opens up into a cosy lounge, dining room and kitchen area with plenty of space to eat and relax whilst enjoying views of the Cotswolds and Warwickshire countryside.

This bedroom has a storage cupboard and a modern bathroom with bath and shower.Cherry Blossom is a ground floor apartment with a one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the spacious lounge, suitable for up to four people and a baby. It has its own, private entrance and a good sized corridor which leads into a very spacious lounge with French door leading onto a stone patio where, on a warm summer day, you can enjoy an al fresco meal while admiring the captivating views of the sun set. The lounge which has a pleasant open gas fire is interconnected with a dining room which has windows looking out into the gardens and a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage space. There is a toilet next to the dining room. Further on, there is an en suite double bedroom with a king size bed, decorated tastefully in Laura Ashley curtains, with solid pine furniture and quality bedding. Its large French doors open up straight into the gardens. The bedroom is adjoined by a generous sized utility room with a washer/dryer and space for luggage. Cotswold View and Cherry Blossom are surrounded by landscaped gardens with a large pond, orchard, wild flower meadow, woodland, vineyard and a newly planted English forest of 2,000 trees. Nestled between the woodland and vineyard is a tennis court, available for the guests' use. The picturesque, award winning village of Welford on Avon is only a two minute drive away and Stratford on Avon and Chipping Campden are only a short drive away from here. Cherry Blossom provides an easy access to the Cotswolds with its beautiful Hidcote gardens, Shakespeare country, Warwick Castle, Leamington Spa and other West Midlands attractions. Children are welcome (a cot can be provided on request). Well behaved dogs welcome. Please note, both properties have their own kitchens and dining rooms suitable for up to four people.

Set in the Shakespeare Country, amidst the beautiful rural Warwickshire countryside and The Cotswolds, it is surrounded by the counties of Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Worcestershire. Attractions nearby include Warwick Castle, Ragley Hall, Coughton Court, Charlecotte Park, Kenilworth Castle, Compton Verney, Coventry Cathedral, beautiful Leamington Spa with its Turkish bath and Regency architecture, medieval town of Warwick and Birmingham being within an easy reach. Special nearby places of interest also include the stunning Hidcote Gardens and Kiftsgate Court Gardens - spectacularly set on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment. A few minute drive towards the north will take you to the enchanting world of honey-colour limestone villages and towns of The Cotswolds with its many attractions: Chipping Campden, Blockley, Broadway, Bourton-on-the-Water, Moreton in Marsh, Chipping Norton.

Stratford-upon-Avon

Just 8 minute drive from here is Stratford upon Avon - the world famous birthplace of William Shakespeare and a shrine for millions of Shakespeare's enthusiasts worldwide. Here you can also follow the footsteps of other famous visitors as Tomas Hardy, Walter Scot, John Keats and Charles Dickens. Step back in time and visit Mary Arden's house to experience the Tudor farm where Shakespeare's mother lived. From Stratford upon Avon, take a pleasant walk to Ann Hathaway's family home in the hamlet of Shottery to discover where the young Shakespeare courted his future wife.

“BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE”

My family and I had a great stay here as there was 8 of us ,it was split into 2 nice cottages which was nice as broke things up and family do different things.It was a lovley area local shop and 3 pubs that done realy good food, and a 10 min drive Stratford-Upon-Avon which had everything. We had a great stay and would love to do it again thank very much Margret and have a great 2016
