We welcome clean freshly bathed/groomed pets. Pets must stay downstairs and must not be allowed on the furniture. Any guests bringing pets must hoover the house prior to departure to ensure all pet hair is removed. There are many beautiful dog walks nearby but should your pet soil the garden it must be cleared up immediately.

“The Perfect Base to Explore Stratford - a real home from home!”

We have just come back from a wonderful stay at this property. It is stylish, clean, comfortable and very well equipped and a lovely short walk along the canal or side streets takes you straight into the bustling centre of Stratford. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the house's pretty bijou garden too. Emma (the house owner) has been a real pleasure to liaise with and there are lots of thoughtful touches around the house - soap, body lotion etc plus truffles and sparking wine on our arrival. We loved our visit and plan to return soon.

We stayed in this house for a week.spotlessly clean,everything you need in the kitchen is there,the lounge is very comfortable,the bathroom and shower are ideal.and the bedrooms are brilliant plenty of storage space.the location is great walking distance to loads of places.the back garden is very good to sit out and for children..i would recommend this house to anybody.owner of this house very helpfull

We stayed at No. 47 in November and having travelled from France, arriving at the property was most welcome. Very Clean and tidy and everything we would want to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent location both within the UK and within Stratford itself. Walking distance to the town for shops and places to eat (the boys loved going to see 007 at the cinema !). The owner was really nice and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

“VERY COMFORTABLE, EVERYTHING YOU NEED”

This is a late review as we've only just arrived home...We stayed at No 47 in May 2012....Very nicely set out and most comfortable....Was nice to be able to sit out back with a coffee in the sun...Walking distance into restaurants made it handy.....Was brilliant having WiFi as able to contact family back home in Australia....heating worked well....took a little while to work the combo washing machine/dryer (we dont have units like this at home)...nice touches of chocs/bottle of wine for us as well as some DVDs to watch/books to read.....very quiet location...also important after flying 30hours!!!

“Very comfortable and friendly-Loved it!”

The house was beautifully decorated and very well equiped. Each room is of a good size and very well layed out having an overall feeling about it that makes you feel at "home" straight away. The neighbours were very friendly and despite our children making a lot of noise the first night after the flight greeted us with a hello each morning and were always happy to advise us of places to visit. It really was a very good find....will visit again soon.
