Hamlet Cottage has a spacious entrance hallway with coat cupboard and feature stained glass window, leading you into the large open-plan living/dining-room which is beautifully decorated and co-ordinated. A split stable door leads off the rear of the cottage to an enclosed courtyard. You will find a really lovely cottage, clean, comfortable with modern cottage designer interior,
The kitchen area has modern fully fitted units and ceramic floor. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle toaster, supply of glasses, plates, cups, pots, pans, cookware, crockery, cutlery, utensils, iron, ironing board etc. the list is endless.... There is use of a large freezer and tumble dryer if required.
There is a spacious relaxing comfortable lounge area with wall mounted Plasma TV with Free view 2 large leather sofas provide plenty of sitting and relaxing space. One of the sofa's incorporates a sofa bed for additional sleeping. Occasional furniture including traditional side unit, side tables and lamp. There is also a feature electric black log burning stove.
From the hallway you proceed up the carpeted staircase which is a modern normal width to the upper floor of this lovely cottage where traditional beamed features add to the natural beauty of Hamlet Cottage.
The Master Bedroom is naturally light & spacious, This lovely cottage bedroom has a double bed with feature frame headboard, plus there is a single bed, there are side units with lamps, built in wardrobes, vanity dressing table and chair.
2nd Bedroom has a single bed with leather headboard, bedside cabinet & built in wardrobe.
Family Bathroom with bath with electric shower over, Shower clear screen, toilet, sink, tiled walls & tiled floor.
Plenty of Parking space for several vehicles.

Hamlet Cottage is located at Arden Hill Farm over 400 years old, A select private development with other quaint holiday cottages, the cottage is within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, The Cotswold's and the historic high street town of Henley-in-Arden. Central England with easy access to the motorway network.
Arden Hill Farm in an elevated position overlooking extensive and stunning countryside, with views extending as far as the Malvern Hills. Just 3 miles north of Stratford and close to several Shakespeare sites, including Mary Arden's house, 1 mile, and the world renowned RSC. In Stratford itself guided bus tours take visitors around the town, and boat trips on the river are popular for sightseeing. Golf, horse riding and gliding are all available locally. A visit to the historic county town of Warwick should not be missed with its magnificent medieval castle, and Kenilworth Castle is only a few miles further. There are many fine gardens and stately homes with National Trust properties including Coughton Court and Charlecote Park, which are within half an hour's drive. Local pubs, inns and restaurants offer meals of high recommendation to suit all tastes. There are a number of wonderful walks around the district and superb shopping facilities, including antiques, crafts and market places. Lovely little cottage with all mod cons, very stylish, perfect for a week end break or little holiday
