Hamlet Cottage has a spacious entrance hallway with coat cupboard and feature stained glass window, leading you into the large open-plan living/dining-room which is beautifully decorated and co-ordinated. A split stable door leads off the rear of the cottage to an enclosed courtyard. You will find a really lovely cottage, clean, comfortable with modern cottage designer interior,

The kitchen area has modern fully fitted units and ceramic floor. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle toaster, supply of glasses, plates, cups, pots, pans, cookware, crockery, cutlery, utensils, iron, ironing board etc. the list is endless....

There is a spacious relaxing comfortable lounge area with wall mounted Plasma TV with Free view. Corner sofas provide plenty of sitting and relaxing space. Occasional furniture including traditional side unit, side tables and lamp.

The Dining Area has an oversized dining table and chairs giving you flexibility to use the table

2nd Bedroom has a single bed with leather headboard, bedside cabinet & built in wardrobe.

Family Bathroom with bath with electric shower over, Shower clear screen, toilet, sink, tiled walls & tiled floor.

Plenty of Parking space for several vehicles.

Hamlet Cottage is located at Arden Hill Farm over 400 years old, A select private development with other quaint holiday cottages, the cottage is within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, The Cotswold's and the historic high street town of Henley-in-Arden. Central England with easy access to the motorway network.

Arden Hill Farm in an elevated position overlooking extensive and stunning countryside, with views extending as far as the Malvern Hills. Just 3 miles north of Stratford and close to several Shakespeare sites, including Mary Arden's house, 1 mile, and the world renowned RSC. In Stratford itself guided bus tours take visitors around the town, and boat trips on the river are popular for sightseeing. Golf, horse riding and gliding are all available locally. A visit to the historic county town of Warwick should not be missed with its magnificent medieval castle, and Kenilworth Castle is only a few miles further. There are many fine gardens and stately homes with National Trust properties including Coughton Court and Charlecote Park, which are within half an hour's drive. Local pubs, inns and restaurants offer meals of high recommendation to suit all tastes. There are a number of wonderful walks around the district and superb shopping facilities, including antiques, crafts and market places. Central England and the Cotswolds are renowned for their picturesque towns and rolling fields. The popular city of Oxford boasts over 30 colleges with picture-book quadrangles and lawns, and most are open to visitors for a small fee. Stratford-Upon-Avon is another great visitor attraction, with visitors keen to see Shakespeare's home town and the RSC productions staged here all year round.
