Sequoia Mews Coach House Apartment is a newly built luxury apartment located in a private mews. The Apartment sleeps 2-3 people in luxury, warmth & comfort with 2 bedrooms , 1 double ensuite & 1 single occupancy, with crisp linens, 2 bathrooms, heated towel rails, fluffy towels and bathrobes.

It has open plan lounge ,dining & fully equipped kitchen. Flat Screen Freeview TV , free unlimited WiFi/Broadband and allocated car park space.

For a relaxing theatre break Sequoia Mews & visit to Stratford upon Avon & the Cotswolds, Sequoia Mews is the ideal location and setting just 5 minutes walk over the Tramway Bridge and into Stratford. Just a short drive from the the Cotswolds, historic Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace and all of the Shakespeare Properties. Open Top Bus Tours , River Cruises & Private Hire Tour Guides available near by.

Waitrose Super Store & Waitrose Convenience, Tesco Express & Marks and Spencer are all walking close by.

Originally they ran a Luxury 25 Bedroom Hotel here, & after 30 years they closed the Hotel & redeveloped the 1 acre site to luxury Mews Properties, and restored & refurbished Sequoia House to its original period style. The Evans's decided to take it easier and now offer Holiday Lets in the Luxury Mews Apartment & run a quiet luxury B&B in Sequoia House. Their experience in the hospitality business comes through in the standard of comfort, cleanliness & attention to detail afforded in the accommodations. Everything possible is done to make guest bookings & their stay here as convenient, comfortable & enjoyable as possible.

Why can't I call Philip & Jean (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Philip & Jean (the owner) a message.

If Philip & Jean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
