“Great accommodation in great location”

Reviewed 17 Nov 2014

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Stratford cottage. Cottage itself was clean and inviting and the location was perfect being within very easy walking distance of the town centre, restaurants, theatre, river, etc. It was just what we were looking for.

“Cosy and warm.”

Reviewed 16 Nov 2014

We had a good stay here. House was a little on the small side for us, but having said that, everything u could need was there. Plenty of cups, plates, cutlery, cleaning stuff etc. We normally have to go out and buy some of these things but not in this property, town centre 2 mins. away and plenty of canal/riverside walks if u have a dog as we did. Lots of pubs, cafe's resturants around, supermarkets etc. all nearby. You'd never get bored here, there's all sorts going on every day. If the weathers good, u can't go wrong, so well worth a visit.

“A gem of a house in the town centre”

Reviewed 22 Sep 2014

Absolutely superb! A very and comfortable stylish house. Very clean and in a perfect location. We enjoyed being able to sit in the back 'garden' and that the dog was safe in an enclosed area. Parking was an issue, but we were forewarned and had a parking permit (space permitting!). The bathroom was great and the whole house was decorated to a very high standard. There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and the towels and bedding were fresh and lovely. The local area was convenient with great restaurants and takeaways and the High Street was fascinating with a mixture of old and new, chain stores and lots of individual shops. Andy the local contact was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful week in Stratford, thanks to the little house on Mulberry Street - we would love to stay again :)

“Perfect in every way!”

Reviewed 17 Jun 2014

We came to England from the U.S.A. for my best friend's birthday celebration in Leamington Spa. This was the perfect location for making a holiday out of a visit nearby. Shopping and pubs/eating were all within easy walking distance. Car parking was easy and off street (when spaces were there - which we always did find). The cottage itself was lovely and so well apportioned. Andy & Joy are the perfect hosts and Alex and Dawn provide an EXCELLENT holiday letting! It's obvious they all care very much about their guests and how the cottage presents itself. Could not have been more pleased and will stay again! Jill & Chuck

Thank you for the lovely review, we're glad you had a great stay.

“Fabulous property and location”

Reviewed 24 May 2014

This is the 1st time we have have stayed in a property located in the town, and would highly recommend Mulberry Street for anybody wishing to explore Stratford. The property has everything anyone could wish for, fabulous decor, a safe patio for dogs and sitting out with a glass of wine. All in all a fabulous property.

“Excellent, cosy cottage”

Reviewed 7 Mar 2014

The cottage is accurately described and very comfortable. Warm and welcoming. It is five minutes from the town centre, but in a quiet street. We found it provided everything we wanted.
