Description

Apartment 64m2 located near the train station (less than 10 minutes walk) next to the Place des Halles (large shopping center), and the city center of Strasbourg.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) in a quiet residence. Composed of 2 bedrooms (one double bed in each) and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, you can stay up to 6 people.

Optionally, a parking space is available as an option in the garage in the basement of the building (€ 10 per day, to be reserved in advance).

Internet access by wifi is included in the price.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine.

In the bathroom is a washer / dryer.

Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be contacted by telephone 24/7. This contact number will be sent to you once your reservation has been validated.

The final final cleaning at the end of the stay includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, empty the refrigerator, the freezer, the dishwasher, the oven, the microwave as well as to store inside the apartment and down the trash. If you do not want to take care of this and avoid a penalty of 60 euros on the deposit on this subject, you can at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking.

How do damage deposits work?
