An upscale apartment, ready to live, up to 1 in 14 people, of standing with elevator and air conditioning in a nice residence in the city center! The apartment in detail: A large room stay and / or room, with storage furniture, TV LCD big screen, DVD player, two sofas easily convertible into a comfortable single bed, a Murphy bed for 2 people, hiding in the closet. A large bedroom (bedroom Kléber) giving back of the building with a large double bed, LCD TV, large closet, desk, chair. Secure balcony. Two smaller bedrooms (room & Gutenberg Broglie) with a double bed, 1 drawer bed for 1 person, desk, LCD TV, storage boxes. A designer kitchen with its development of great standing, table with 10 stools, microwave, cooking hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator freezer, sink. A complete service of crockery and all cooking utensils (toaster, juicer, filter coffee machine and Nespresso). A spacious bathroom with a shower, washing and drying machine, hair dryer, handkerchiefs, shower gel, soap, shampoo. A separate toilet with a sink, soap and toilet paper.
